Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

- Strictly no pet policy

The house was great. HOWEVER, I was sent to a Q code to find directions for use of all the items in/outside of the house. This house has so many remotes, special things, that the on-phone description was too helpful. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A FOLDER WITH ALL THE DIRECTION OF USE for this house. You have speakers on the deck that we had no idea how to use or if we could use. There were two outside heaters that heaven hnows how to work. We never did figure out all the TV's. Who is the base internet provider? The pool automatically came on, but that was not told to us??? Pool lights came on and I didn't know if we had to turn them off??? The fans were all controlled from the wall switches, but that was not initially obvious... One thing that needs to be done, is that dead pecan tree just to the right of the pool that is dropping most the leaves into the pool and all over the deck... That needs to be cut down... It also would be nice to have a blower available to blow that very nice deck off.

Beautiful property with great views in a great location. It was so restful to sit by the pool or by the fire pit. The wildlife really adds to the experience as a dozen deer just laze about the property. We will definitely book again.

We had our 4 adult children and their spouses, 90 year old mother and 2 year old granddaughter. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone to spread out or be together. The pool was perfect with a large in pool sundeck that was great for our granddaughter and a large swim area for the adults. The kitchen was fully stocked we didn’t feel there was anything missing. There is a great outdoor grill area along with a fridge. We were there 4 nights and only went out 1 time to dinner and to go to the grocery. No one wanted to leave. The properties so beautiful and peaceful. There are a lot of huge trees on the property. The view from the large outdoor area overlooking the pool and on down to the Colorado River was breathtaking. The family voted to come and stay again.

Quick Spring Break Trip

We had an amazing stay with our family. They had someone meet me at the house to show me how to work the pool and answer any questions I had. The house had lots of space and the game room was nice and big. I had paid for 2 days to have pool heated it wasn’t heated until late that 1sr night. The service did warn be about that. However I didn’t know ant had I pay for 3 days of when we only were staying for two. The pool did heat up later that 1st night. We would stay there again.

Guys Weekend

We had an amazing stay! The place had plenty of room, and with multiple TVs, it was perfect for catching all the weekend football. We loved grilling out and relaxing by the hot tub. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and we saw tons of deer roaming around. Would absolutely love to stay again!
