Used this property to accomodate friends attending our anniversary celebration. The place was pristine, comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was nicely furnished and easy to get around the area locally. Book it - you won't find any better for the price!!!

Relaxing getaway

We loved staying here! Booked it for a wedding across the way at Horseshoe Bay resort and ended up staying 4 nights. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and is nice and secluded. We loved walking the hills and hanging out on the back patio. Our dog had the time of his life seeing all the deer! The home has everything you’ll need and more!

Wonderful New Home

We enjoyed our stay at Horizon Hilltop Lakehouse in Horseshoe Bay. The home is new and it was a pleasure to relax in the well appointed home. Everything just works and it was close to good restaurants and communication from the owner was prompt. Highly recommended.

Amazing Home

We were very pleased with all aspects of this property from pre arrival to check out. The host answered all questions prior to arrival and after arrival. The house was extremely clean and equipped with the most modern gadgets plus well stocked for cooking meals. We will definitely return to this house on our next trip to the Horseshoe Bay Area.

Tranquil Horizon Hilltop Home

Horizon Hilltop is a beautiful home. It was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the location put you near the lake and activities. Our pup Gracie enjoyed her stay as well. I highly recommend this home and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful place

The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It was so quiet and peaceful. We brought our dog, who enjoyed his morning walks. The house had everything we needed as we spent more time cooking and preparing meals than going out to eat. The hosts reached out just to confirm we didn’t need anything and were responsive. If you are looking for a getaway and need to enjoy some peace and quiet I would highly recommend this place. The fact that they allow pets was a major perk for us!

Wedding Weekend

The house and property itself were amazing. Beautiful new home in a great area. The host was communicative and helpful to help our bridal party get our stuff in early due to it being our wedding weekend and a lot of festivities going on for us. On our wedding night and first night there, we were unpacking our luggage on the master bed and the bed planks broke. Upon looking, it appeared as if maybe the prior guest maybe broke it and pieced it together because two suitcases shouldn’t have done that, but the planks were all slanted and unstable. We laughed about it, moved the mattress to the floor and contacted the host first thing in the morning. Given my husband is 6’7 and I am 5’10, the other queen beds are just not comfortable for us to sleep in, especially for our wedding weekend. We felt we did the upfront and right thing by contacting the host immediately to tell them what happened and to inform them we could not stay there due to the bed situation. While they were nice and apologetic, they said they would not refund us our second night stay, but in return would not charge us for the cheap bed breaking??? We felt this was not great customer service at all. The bed situation was clearly not our fault and to still charge someone their full 670 when they can’t even stay there, felt like a bit of a bad business move to us. Again, beautiful home, but we would not recommend it.
