Ten-foot high ceilings soar in the beautifully appointed living area. Create delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Savor appetizers at the breakfast bar, then gather for a home-cooked meal at the dining table.

Spend quality time relaxing on the corner balcony; take in spectacular sunrise views of Lake LBJ as well as the surrounding Texas Hill Country. This private outdoor space includes a grill, lounge chairs, and a table for alfresco meals.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will not have access to The Horseshoe Bay Resort's member-only amenities.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
