This light-filled apartment has been fully updated with fresh paint, all-new furniture, and high-quality linen. The bedroom features two single beds with soft bedding and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. In the living room, you’ll find a stylish sofa that easily converts into a second 180cm bed.

We have a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and adjustable lamp, all positioned in front of a large window with natural light and views of a tree-lined street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. You’ll find a brand-new oven, microwave, food mixer, toaster, kettle, and a filter coffee machine. All plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, mixing bowls, and kitchen knives are brand new and thoughtfully organised.

Enjoy meals at the large dining table, with comfortable seating for four people, plus baby. There’s a high chair available for the youngest members of the family.

The apartment is located in an older building, so you may notice some natural signs of age in common areas, but the interior is fully renovated and modern.

Tea, coffee (filter style), olive oil, spices, bed and bathroom linen are all provided for your stay free of charge.

Please respect the quiet residential nature of the building, especially after 2100hrs. There is no parties, loud noise, nor smoking (not inside, nor within 100 meters of the apartment).
