âą Only for the top level of parking, the downstairs parking are all assigned stalls.
âą Parking stall No. 136 is for compact cars only, as we need to allow room for the mopeds and motorcycles to access their designated parking corner on the lobby level.
âą Vehicles include: motorcycles and mopeds. Only one vehicle allowed per unit.
âą Each vehicle must be moved within a 24 - hour period and be off the lot every 72 hours.
âą GUEST PARKING IS ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS: MON - FRI 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
âą Must register with building management for overnight parking. Do not park in any reserved stall.
âą DriveHui (âHourly Rental Carâ) has two vehicles parked in their own spots across the street.
LAUNDRY
âą Coin Op Laundry is available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.

Basically, most of EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF WAIKIKI IS ILLEGAL with very few exceptions with some illegal in Waikiki too but it is a safer bet. If you are booked now or intend to book outside of Waikiki or any rental not legally zoned and operated, BEWARE as your reservation may be cancelled without any notice including during your stay. Have a back up plan or better yet, just book a legally zoned rental like this one!
