Bills can be exchanged for coins at the front desk. Trash chutes are located on each floor. Free use of the pool and recreational/picnic area from 9 am to 9 pm. There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24-hour onsite security, so it is very safe and welcoming. Please note that upon arrival, all guests MUST check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine from the building association.
