Inside, gleaming living quarters greet you the moment you open the door. Walk inside and enjoy amazing views of the marina, the city, and the palms from the studio's living room and private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen presents a pristine space to whip up delicious dishes when you aren't indulging in traditional Hawaiian fare.
The sizable bathroom ensures that getting ready in the mornings comes easily, and central air-conditioning keeps you cool, no matter the temperature outside.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.
Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather).
Work Hours:
Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM â 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed.
Lanai Use:
Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas. Your rental agent will provide updates if your lanai requires closure for safety.
Privacy:
For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.
Parking notes: On-site valet parking is available for $45/day, per vehicle (rate subject to change). Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional paid parking is also available near the marina.
