Beautiful Queen Kapiolani park is across the street and stretches along the Oceanfront to the foot of The Diamond Head crater - The park offers Tennis courts, BBQ areas and outdoor family dining spots (Bench seats and tables). There is a fun & relaxed outdoor workout area close to the tennis courts. Every Saturday and Sunday year-round, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Art On The Zoo Fence artists present their artwork for viewing and sale in Waikiki along the Honolulu Zoo fence on Monsarrat Avenue, across from the bandstand at Kapiolani Park.

The Hotel is on a couple of the main bus routes, you may want to download 'TheBUS App' (Oahu) for times & routes - Our buses are clean & reliable - many using renewable energy. UBER & Lyft both operate on the island and are plentiful, along with the slightly more expensive Taxis. Lookout also for "Biki Bike" racks throughout Waikiki, a popular way to rent bikes for the hour, they may be picked up at one location and returned to another location anywhere in Waikiki - Again a simple App & credit card is all that is needed to enjoy this popular service. Bike lanes & bike paths are offered almost everywhere.
