The Space:

From this 15th-floor Waikiki Banyan condo, you’re elevated just enough to feel relaxed yet still connected to everything nearby.



Living space

The living area is bright and open, with large windows framing both city skyline view and distant ocean views. A sleeper sofa offers flexible seating and additional sleeping space, while a TV and fast wifi - 218 Mbps support relaxed nights or remote work. Ceiling fans and a window AC unit help keep the space comfortable, and sliding doors lead directly out to the private patio or balcony for an easy indoor-outdoor flow.



Sleeping arrangements

The private bedroom is separated from the main living space by a sliding door, creating a defined yet airy retreat. Inside, two Queen beds are dressed with bed linens and complemented by room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground
