***Amenities recreational deck renovations has begun. The renovation timeline is currently set from April 2025 - for the next 12-14 months (April - June 2026). Pool, hot tubs, grills, etc. will not be available during this time. Price has been adjusted due to construction that will occur M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm). Construction is on the 6th floor this unit is on the 11th floor.
This beautifully decorated bright and welcoming 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is one you'll be sure to fall in love with. Bedroom 1: Two Queen size beds, closet and blackout curtains
Living Room: Comfortable and cozy seating that pulls out into a Queen sofa sleeper and 75" flat screen TV
Kitchen/Dining Area: A breathtaking 7.5 ft gold vein quartz island with four bar stools, brand new appliances, Keurig coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen
Bathroom/Vanity includes a bathtub, brightly lite vanity and hair dryer
Balcony displays calming city and mountain views
This unit has 600 sq ft to offer
Accommodates up to 6 guest
Conveniently located a block from Waikiki Beach and the mainstrip (restaurants, shops and bars)
One FREE parking (height limit 6')
All linens are provided including beach towels. Towels are based on guest count. We provide 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per person.
We do not replenish any items. Items are meant to last a few days.
Amenities deck (Floor 6) includes 2 hot tubs, large pool, sauna, BBQ area, and playground.
There are laundry facilities on each floor that is coin and app operated.
Expect longer wait times for elevators, there will be only three operable elevators as maintenance will take place throughout 2025.
