An honest review
the good and the bad

Let’s start with the good. The host was very responsive. The condo was well stocked with pillows, towels, kitchen needs and beach things like chairs. It was nice to have indoor parking included. The location was excellent as well. The view was exceptional. The things that weren’t so good was the carpet was heavily soiled throughout the condo. The arms of the two chairs in the living room were also heavily soiled. I also feel like the advertising is a bit dishonest because it has the word “new” in it. There doesn’t seem to be anything “new” with the building or condo as a whole. All that to say we would stay here again if the aforementioned cleaning issues were addressed.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful hotel and location and view from the apartment is spectacular. Unfortunately, the pullout couch is not usable, so it sleeps two less people than advertised. Also the carpeting in the entire unit is quite stained and ripped. The remainder of the place was clean, however.

Great location!

The property is exceptional. Two issues in my opinion. 1. This unit is on the 23rd floor ... waiting on elevators is real challenge. 2. This is a non-smoking property I found out that I could not even smoke cigars outside on the balcony...up to $500 fine and expulsion from property. All smokers relegated to a fringe area downstairs around the corner. I didn't learn about this until after I checked in.

Terrific place and location!

We had 7 adults and 3 kids. The location is wonderful. Our kids played in the condo pool and the lagoon across the street. Location is right on the beach and awesome views. Clean and updated. We would choose to stay here again. Loved it! Close to International Market and other shops.

Incredible views!

This was the ultimate place to stay for beach, fun and food. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was well stocked with essentials outside of food. Walmart was close by for other food necessities. Lots of eating establishments. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony with coffee every morning watching the surfers and sunrise. The evening setting sunsets were picture perfect! I highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation

Communication was easy and quick replies made our stay delightful. The condo was a perfect homebase for our family as we traveled the island. We enjoyed are time and had room to spread out as needed. Unfortunately the washer and dryer on our floor were out of order during our stay. We were able to use the one on another floor. ***This condo is inside of a hotel. That was confusing to us on arrival. We thought we were in the wrong place at first. Also if you have an overheight vehicle you will need to pay for valet parking. The vehicle will not fit in the parking garage.

Birthday Trip with a View

I booked this suite for my best friend’s birthday. We had a group of 6 of us and were able to fit not only comfortably, but in style! The views are just as advertised- spectacular! I live on Kauai and have been visiting Waikiki for weekend trips for almost 15 years now
 this is by far the best place that I have ever booked, and at a price point that wasn’t much more than others I have booked in the past, especially when divided between everybody that came! I would absolutely book this place again!

50th Birthday Trip!

My friends and I came to Hawaii to celebrate my 50th birthday. This property was very nice with fantastic views overlooking the lagoon, harbor and ocean. Conveniently located, it was within walking distance to many things. Having a parking spot in a garage was nice too. Keypad entry was great, no worries of carrying a key card with us. The tiniest of complaints would be the mattress was a little too firm for my liking but would not keep me from booking this unit again. Owners very good to communicate with. And bonus, there was even a bottle of wine and chocolates wishing me a happy birthday which was very thoughtful! My friends enjoyed our trip very much!

Nice location, amazing view

This 2 bed, both with king beds and baths, condo was beautifully located on the 23rd floor of the Ilikai Hotel. We had an incredible view and large porch area. A perfect place to relax and view the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Laundry facilities are on each floor and a small grocery store is on the first level. The carpet and furniture is a bit worn but did not detract from our stay. We would return and were quite happy here.

The view is unbeatable. The condo has nicely updated and clean bathrooms and kitchen. The carpeting and the living room furniture has seen better days. Good thing the view is so stunning!

Fantastic property!

Spacious unit with ample room for 5 people. Very close to beach. There are two decks with ocean views. Snorkels and masks were supplied in the unit. The host was very friendly and easy to contact . We hope to stay again!

Anniversary Stay in Waikiki
