This 500 s.f large Ililai studio offers a cozy retreat for guests. With a comfortable king bed and a pull out queen sized sleeper couch make 4 people sleep comfortable. There are open full kitchen with granite counter tops and a granite shower bathroom. Split AC and Free WiFi ensure a pleasant stay. Don't forget to take advantage of the laundry on-site (mobile or card). Enjoy your time in Honolulu at our marvelous Ilikai studio.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Feb 21, 2026 - Jun 29, 2026. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Great communication with Host. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location and lots of available places in and around Iliaki to eat and listen to music.Friday fireworks are awesome but need to go downstairs to fully see.

We have stayed in other units at the Ilikai and this Unit was the best one. Very comfortable. Nice balcony and view. We could watch the Hilton fireworks from the balcony. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Hawaii.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can see out into the ocean, both pools and the Hilton lagoon and beach. The location is within walking distance of the mall, many restaurants and the beach.

Perfect location for a stay in Waikiki! The unit is very comfortable and we enjoyed the great view from the balcony. There is easy access to Waikiki Beach and the Hilton Lagoon. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the kitchen is well-appointed if you decide to cook for yourself.

Great location, easy walk to the lagoon or the beach. Super easy check-in. The unit was clean and comfortable, with more space and amenities than a hotel at a much better price. Unfortunately the pools were both very crowded practically all day every day, so I didn't bother with the pools and just swam in the ocean instead (which was great). I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location

We had an excellent four-night stay. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The AC worked perfectly, and the manager provided clear, timely communication. Check-in was seamless. The beach is a short 10-minute walk, with shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony offered a great view of the Friday-night fireworks. We'd not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot

This studio is plenty comfortable for 2 people. Well appointed space, and the location is excellent. Literally right next door to the Hilton lagoon. The condos are connected to a hotel so shares the shops and restaurants in the lobby area. I use a wheelchair and though it’s not legally ADA the place was perfect for me. Elevators and a long ramp on the oceanside of the place for access down. There’s a paved boardwalk right there that goes all along Waikiki. Great time!

From booking, communicating with Jeannie and checking in was smooth. Our room was perfect even with the four of us adults. Clean, perfect views and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai for brekkie and evening relaxing. We would def stay there again. Wonderful vacation to celebrate my hubby’s 60th with our two adult sons.

Great condo in a great location!

Jeannie's condo was perfect! It was very convenient for what we wanted to do around Waikiki and was also the first stop the tours we went out picked up from. So we always got the best seats on the bus. :) We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so next year.

Great Stay

We booked this apartment on short notice due to the cancellation of our original object. The object is located at the famous Ilikay complex and it is really fabulous. The surrounding is great, everything is nearby and there is no need for a rental car. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the stay very much and we’re glad that we booked it.
