The Space:
High above the rhythm of Waikiki, soft trade winds drift through the lanai as the city hums gently below. Morning light filters in while distant shoreline sounds set an easy pace for the day, and evenings settle into glowing skies and a calm place to unwind. From this elevated perch, youâre close to the energy of Honolulu while enjoying a more relaxed vantage point above it all.
Living space
Set on the 19th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 2 (Mauka), this entire rental unit offers a bright, comfortable layout designed for easy island living. The living area features a sofa, a 55-inch HDTV with cable, fast wifi, and an ethernet connection for streaming or remote work. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, while sliding doors open onto the private lanai with outdoor seating and open views across the city skyline and ocean.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, offering a sense of privacy while keeping the space open and airy. Inside, two Queen beds are arranged with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. A closet and dresser provide storage, and a 50-inch Smart TV offers a quiet way to wind down at the end of the day. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
