On the top of the building, there is a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area if you would like to entertain some guests.

This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers
Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby.
The condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, a short walk from the beach. It is safe and well lit, with the newly built International Market Place less than 200 yards away. There`s a foodcourt. There are also a few grocery and convenience stores nearby for quick supply runs.
There is one covered and secured parking stall that comes with the rental, as well as bus stops near by to get around.
*Notice:
Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting up to 3 hours.
Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73` and a width of 96`. While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If youâre unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, weâve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.
Please clean off any sand or mud before entering the apartment.
If you find any beach equipment in the unit, please clean off as much sand as possible before bringing it back into the condo.
Please be respectful to neighbors and dry prior to leaving the pool areas
Please do not leave wet clothing on the furniture, as it may cause unclean-able stains.
Sorry but, Absolutely no smoking, this is a non-smoking property, which includes the balconies. The smoke alarms are very sensitive and are able to detect where the smoke originates from. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas downstairs, near the lockbox area. Building staff are very strict on this matter and will issue fines which will be passed onto the violators.
