What we liked: easy check in process, well stocked with towels, beach inventory, conveniently set up kitchen, comfortable beds, functional air conditioner (on the loud side), enough space for 4 people to move around, a broom to sweep away the inevitable sand, parking that was included. The property is showing signs of wear (except for the kitchen), which does not impact the convenience of accommodation, just overall impression. We didn't like: geological layers of dust on the light fixtures, curtains, pictures on the wall, hanging off the ceiling. We requested to have the frying pens changed because of their state - warped, heavily scratched (a health hazard with non stick coating). It never happened. No place or way to dry swimsuits, beach and bathroom towels, which is a lot of wet stuff from 4 people. There HAS to be some kind of a drying stand considering normal activities of people on vacations and the rainy climate. We had to get creative, it took extra time and effort.No shoe stand. The shoes had to be piled up in the small space between the bathroom and the entrance doors. No hooks to leave clothes by the entrance. The only place to keep clothes - in the bedroom closet.
