INFORMATIONS

PARKING
The parking garage is located at a different building just opposite the street. Residential and parking building are both located at the river bank.
Please send us the information of car brand, model, color, license plate number and your driver’s license number for garage registration. Do not park near or infront the laundry mat as you might get towed.

PETS
We warmly welcome pets to our unit, and there is an additional pet fee of $30 per pet & per stay that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we do allow only 1 dog (under 30 lbs) or 1 cat (under 20 lbs) per stay. Please register your pet at the front desk. Pets with aggressive behaviors are not allowed.

WASHER & DRYER
A quick heads up that it's a building SHARED laundry with multiple payment options ($3 per load) and you can use your card to pay.

AIR CONDITION
Just giving a heads up that we do have Central AC, Portable AC and Dyson cooling fan for added convenience.

NO CABLE
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services & use your own account for entertainment.

ALLERGEN CONCERNS
For allergy concerns, we do not provide sugar, creamer, cooking oil, salt & pepper. Please make sure to bring your own if needed.
