This very breezy apartment is perfect for families. There are two separate bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other with a queen bed. Both rooms have desks or dressing table with usb charging ports. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed and a twin blow up air bed. The apartment has a full size kitchen. In the kitchen, I have provided you with coffee and oatmeal for a quick breakfast to start off your beautiful days here in Hawaii on your family vacation.

Our host was very helpful with entry instructions and minor concerns. Happy to have found 2 separated bedrooms. Views were great and enjoyed the balcony and nearby food trucks. Some nights were busier with street noise, but to be expected if staying in the city.

Clean rooms. Accurate pictures on posting. Beautiful view and my family really enjoyed the balcony. There isn’t a lock on the balcony door; but my family is all old enough to not be concerned. No dining table but again not a concern for my family as we were eating out and/or using the bar style seating in room. We had a parking spot and it was secured. It was a tight turn out of our designated spot out of the parking gate. But other than that it was great to have parking included and not have to pay! Host made great recommendations for travels and was very responsive. We really enjoyed the location as everything was so easy to get to.

Clean apartment just as described wonderful evening breeze on back balcony. Great to relax in the evening. Security at front desk very friendly. Parking is tight if renting SUV but otherwise easy to get in and out of secure lot. Short walk to food trucks or restaurants. Thank so much!

Some concerns

Pros - The building is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The Wyland outdoor mural on the side of the building is stunning. Dedicated parking space is a plus. Concerns - (1) The air conditioning set up was subpar. There are three units (one in each room), but they do not generate enough power to keep the entire space at the same temperature. While there are large floor fans, they are quite dusty. There was also an odd ozone gas odor between the curtains and the windows. Between the heat, the dust, and the odor, we cut our stay short and moved to a hotel nearby. (2) As reported in another guest's review from 2024, we, too, found small ants in the kitchen. It is important to note that we did not cook while we were there. The only food items we placed on the counter were sealed shut bags/boxes of various dry snacks. We resorted to putting those items in the refrigerator to avoid the problem. (3) The laundry facility is one washer/one dryer in a room near the elevator and shared by all units on that floor. The laundry room as a whole was in need of a good cleaning. Given that guests must take their laundry out of the unit to a separate (and rather filthy) area, we were surprised that no laundry basket or laundry soap was provided. We purchased those items for use while we were there and left them in the unit hoping that the property owner will keep them there for future guests.

Central location in Waikīkī

The host is very kind and responsive. We got in late and had trouble with the lock box, she answered our phone call at 1am with a friendly attitude! We had no trouble sleeping, it’s not loud. Child friendly, exactly as described.

One bedroom comfortably n quite the other noisy n stiff bed. Bring ear plugs. Good kitchen. Good TV. Good view from sliding glass door! 13th floor. Easy access! Great access to garage! Would be nice to have paper towels ln the kitchen. Small bathroom but worked well for the 4 of us.plenty of towels n including beach towels Comfortable couch! Good sitting for the 4 of us.good location for beach n shopping. 1 to 1.5 mile walks.

Average stay

Pros: -Dedicated parking stall -air conditioning unit in all rooms Cons: -No dining table. The bar stools were uncomfortable and the counter height was too high for the kids to comfortably sit and eat. -no vacuum. Considering we went to the beach for several days of our stay, I was amazed that there is no vacuum. There is only an old broom and dustpan. All the condos we’ve stayed at in Honolulu had a vacuum. -little ants in the kitchen and counter -no facial tissue. There was a tissue box holder but it was completely empty -no handtowels. The host supplied several (like ten?) face towels but those are so small and useless. We had to use a bath towel as a hand towel. -very spotty wifi. This was probably the biggest turnoff as we had to rely on our data when using the internet which was costly. The host actually came to the unit during our stay to check the router etc but said everything seemed to be in good order. She said she would get the service people to come take a look but during our stay we had very unreliable Internet access every single day of our stay -there were 2 beach umbrellas and 6 beach chairs available for use but both umbrellas and 4 of the chairs were broken and unusable -the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. There were weird gaps on both sides of the mattress so we had to use the couch cushions to pad the sides -the pantry was extremely bare. Only salt, pepper, and oil were provided. It would have been nice if some condiments were availab

SIMPLY GREAT

The view is amazing, Mrs. Gerry was very compliant with our basic needs always with an amazing attitude, complete kitchen essentials, wifi, and comfortable beds. Beach equipment is available too! We for sure will be back someday! Ohana :)

Great apartment for family

We love the location which has great view of the mountains and the canal. Also the facility of the apartment has everything we need and beyond. It has air conditioner in living room and in the two bed rooms. It also has a fan in each bed rooms. Plenty of towls, all cooking wares and plates, cooking oil, salts, etc. Coffee maker and coffee beans. Communicating with the owner is also very easy by phone and message. Really great place to stay for multiple days with family.
