The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This fabulous 30th floor condo has a spectacular view of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean! Only located 3 blocks from the beach, this condo is a perfect place to stay for your Hawaiian vacation! This condo comes with a complete kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience during your stay. The kitchen has a beautiful granite island counter-top with 4 stools for your dining pleasure. The bright and airy living room is set with a pull-out couch, coffee table, chair, and large flat screen tv to help you relax after a long day of exploring the island of Oahu! The lanai includes a table and chairs as well to sit back and enjoy the view as you have your morning cup of coffee!

The bedroom has two queen sized beds and sliding doors to make the room private, or you can leave them open for a more spacious feel. Right off the bedroom is a nice sized bathroom with a sink, toilet, bathtub, and detachable shower head. It is perfect to wash away all the sand and ocean after a great day spent at the world-famous Waikiki Beach!

Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

We want you to save money and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, FREE covered parking, TV with cable, FREE in room Wi-Fi and an A/C unit in the living room. Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building. ​​​​​​​

The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance line, Koko Resorts ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. Had a wonderful stay at Koko resorts in January 2026 for 8 nights. The location is perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki, just a few minutes walk from the beach/Waikiki Wall. The view of Diamond Head was really nice to wake up to. The unit is clean, cozy and laid back. Had plenty of space and all things necessary for us. Appreciate the extra towels provided in the closet, especially the beach towels. Nice to have the AC unit too. The included parking pass and access to the garage was a lifesaver! The pass was in the unit, unlimited in/out, can park anywhere in the garage. Steven (host) was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Mahalo for a great stay!

Hallway smells, Room smelled - bought some fiberize to take the odder out. Bathroom needs some work. The door will not latch or stay closed. The beds are completely worn out and need replaced. The couch needs cleaned. Just some good updates would help. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The condo was classically Hawaiian themed comfortable! It was perfectly located a short walk to beach and restaurants! Not to mention St Augustine’s and the market place! Sr Trip so plenty of room to spread out and have space for everyone! Also, loved sitting on lanai drinking coffee watching sunrise, sunbathing or playing cards! The kitchen was stocked with all essential items so we could enjoy cooking breakfast every morning! Would recommend this condo for one last thing

The kitchen was not well stocked. Not enough silverware, i.e. no teaspoons, only 1 wineglass and 1 plastic one, which were finally added on our last day there. Oven wasn't very clean but only used it once. Items for cooking were slim, only saucepans and 1 fry pan. Nothing to bake anything in the oven on.

Great location

Location is great. Parking is a huge bonus. Curtains appeared new. Beds comfortable. Clean, more on minimal side of accommodations. Some outlets not functioning, bathroom could use an update. No beach chairs or coffeemaker when we arrived. Responsive and friendly to my call within 24 hours had new coffee maker and bag.chairs. Beach chairs not available. View was fantastic.

Very basic and dated

The views were lovely and pool was a bonus as well as distance to the beach. There is free parking in the garage but we struggled to find ‘our parking spot’ only to discover there isn’t designated spots. Park anywhere. The lanai was very small and in poor condition. The WiFi didn’t work and it turned out it was unplugged! The air conditioner stopped working after 3 days and was never fixed, though we asked. We sent emails twice and it took 2 days to hear back. The couch was VERY uncomfortable! It was cheap though, in comparison to other places. The kitchen is very minimally stocked but functional though there is no actual ventilation above the stove. Stay here if you want it cheap and can be tolerant of the conditions.

Needs work

Apt not as advertised in photos. Pull out sofa bed not very good. Patio beach chairs broken. AC not working properly and very noisy. Curtains old and shredding. No pass through door from entry way to bathroom as advertised and we had in past visits. Loud construction going on in unit across hall all week from 8 am to 5:15 pm. Would never use your booking agent again . Place needs painting and up keep. Bathtub needed cleaning. Not adequate pots and pans to cook ie. Very small frying pan, etc. Patio missing concrete on wall. Sliding patio door not airtight and wind coming thru banging entry door all night! TV not working entire week. Asked for it to be fixed and no response. Asked manager to call me and never heard from him. Spoke with other woman in that office who offered to move me to low floor with same apt configuration, no view and when I complained too much she eventually hung up on me.

We always stay at the Banyan when we visit Waikiki. This was a perfect unit. It had great views, was clean and had beach mats and toys for us to use. We had an awesome time and would definitely book it again.

Fabulous view, needs cleaning and update

View better than pictures. Wonderful. Property management was efficient and refilled basics like dish soap and paper towels. Drapes are beyond sad. They're dirty and disintegrating. Surface clean. Be prepared to clean shower because of mold and soap scumb around soap dish and facets. View balanced most everything.

Direct view of Diamond Head

The best thing about this unit was the view of Diamond Head and part of Waikiki beach. Location perfect for walking to nearby shops. Community bikes for rent right in front of main entrance. Access to laundry on same floor worked well for us. Only a few cons, and we were able to work around them or live with them
. Many of the outlets by nightstand did not work so our phones were charged in kitchen or living room. The couch fold out bed was falling apart and mattress was thin. One person just slept on the couch, but it would have not worked if we had more people. Heavy layer of dust behind curtains and tv. Old floor tile. The kind that if you walked on it, you would have black marks left on your feet. Overall again, great views and location. Just an old unit that could use more potential.

It is indeed close to the beach with plenty of free parking (low clearance but doable for most vehicles). Location is good with shopping, transportation and food options around Waikiki. Condo itself was clean and complete with all the kitchen and bathroom needs like soap, sponges, towels, etc. Hot water for the shower was plenty. Only complaint was that the bathtub was older and a bit dirty but acceptable if you're not going to be soaking on the tub. The beds were good and with the pull-out sofa and inflatable bed option, easily fit 5 adults. The lone air conditioning unit cooled the entire place sufficiently and the black-out curtains, although aging, served their purpose and were helpful for the sun and bright lights at night. The unit itself if conveniently close to the facility's paid laundry facilities and trash chute without it being too loud. Another point to note is that the free change of towels/supplies every 4 days didn't actually materialize. We filled out the form and made the follow-up call for the change, but they never did come. At that point, it was almost time to leave so we made do with whatever towels were left. Overall, a very good option if traveling to Oahu.

Excellent location- apartment could be much better. Curtains badly torn, beds not the best. Beach umbrella provided broken & unusable. Needs to be thrown out, but I worried we might be charged for it, so I left it there. Parking is a huge plus. Overall good place to stay, but looks better in pictures than in person.
