Welcome to your home-away in this fifth-floor, one-bedroom one-bathroom, ocean view unit. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a white back-drop that has been enhanced with many shades of blue throughout the space. Welcome to the 'beach house!'

Guests can embrace the comforts this space provides them to begin or end the day by preparing meals together. The full kitchen has clean white countertops, a four-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, a coffee pot, and unique to this space is a mortar and pestle. Guests can begin the mornings enjoying coffee in the dining room which seats four people or in the living space which has a couch and a single-person couch. In the living space is the flat-screen cable TV, an overhead fan, and an air conditioning unit. In the evenings, open the lanai doors and enjoy the fresh tropical breeze off of your private lanai which has three chairs, a chaise lounge, and two tables of varying sizes.

Open the sliding bedroom door to your room where you will find a welcoming bed with fitted sheets, four plush pillows, and a ceiling fan. Next to the bed is a sliding mirror that leads to the walk-in closet. This space offers guests the ability to move-in, in style! In this space is a vanity that allows one the ability to dress up away from the bathroom. Exit the walk-in closet, and guests will see their own private washer and dryer. The bathroom floor is a cool marble that accents the modern neutral tones in the space. The floor-to-ceiling glass shower has two shower heads, one that is a removable shower head, and the other that provides a rainfall experience. The bathroom vanity has seven drawers and a hair dryer. In the hallway, behind the sliding doors is an iron and ironing board.

Additional in-unit amenities include a washer/dryer, hangers, iron/ironing board, clock radio, and an in-room safe. This space is also wheelchair accessible. This unit sleeps up to four guests.
