The space

Set on the 26th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this entire condo places you just one block from Waikiki Beach while offering a quieter retreat above the city. The living space is arranged for relaxed downtime after exploring the neighborhood. A sectional sleeper sofa offers flexible seating and sleeping space, while a 65 inch HDTV with cable is ready for laid-back evenings. Fast wifi - 213 Mbps and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, and sliding doors connect directly to the balcony.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering a sense of privacy. A king bed anchors the room, complemented by cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
