Est-ce que l'océan vous appelle à Maui? Vous cherchez des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan? Si tel est le cas, Kaleialoha 415 est la propriété idéale pour vous. Ce magnifique condo en front de mer avec unité de coin offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan! Profitez des eaux bleues de Maui avec une tasse de café tout en regardant les tortues de mer, les baleines et toutes sortes d'animaux marins! Vous pouvez même voir les îles de Lanai et Molokai depuis la véranda ou depuis le confort de la pièce principale.

Cette unité de coin avec une chambre et une salle de bains est située au quatrième étage du complexe en bord de mer de Kaleialoha. Si la vue ne vous suffit pas, vous serez émerveillé par les superbes sols en carrelage de travertin de la pi��ce principale et de la salle de bains. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend des comptoirs en granit ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur et un congélateur Sub-Zero. La salle de bain comprend également du carrelage en travertin, des comptoirs en granit et une baignoire / douche en pierre. La chambre a une excellente lumière et une belle brise; il comprend également un lit confortable king-size californien et beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour vos effets personnels. Il y a aussi un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme sur le canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Cette unité dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un câble gratuits. Il n'y a AUCUN frais de station ou de stationnement supplémentaires. Cette unité comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse; nous vous avons couvert!

La station balnéaire de Kaleialoha dispose de fantastiques espaces communs tels que des barbecues, des jardins luxuriants et une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire. Il y a aussi une superbe plage de sable située à côté du complexe, idéale pour la baignade et la plongée en apnée. Les niveaux de sable sur la plage peuvent varier en fonction des conditions. Il y a également de nombreuses plages du top 10 de Maui à quelques minutes seulement! Kaleialoha est idéalement situé entre Ka'anapali et Kapalua; vous serez à proximité de plusieurs magasins, restaurants et autres activités de plage.

Great little place in an amazing location

We love love love this location, it’s walking distance to some great beaches and driving/biking distance to Lahaina. The place is well kept and the sitting out on the deck every morning looking out on the ocean will not be something we soon forget!

Beautiful condo with stunning views

This corner unit has tradewind louvre windows in the bedroom and living room so it has great air circulation and tons of natural light. Very well-stocked kitchen and super clean. I will stay here again!

Anniversary trip

We loved the condo and the location was perfect! We spent most of the time sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the whales. We have always liked the neighborhood the condo is in. And having an elevator was a true blessing for us!

The condo is roomy and nicely updated. There are great ocean views and even a few sea turtles that hung out in the water below. The furniture could be a bit more comfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside, so a relatively small matter.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The space was nice, and the wall to wall mirrors and windows made it feel bigger. A few appliances and outlets did not work but other than that we had a really nice time. The lanai with that breathtaking view was great any time of day. Mahalo!

Everything went seamlessly! So easy. The place we stayed was perfect, exactly what they said it was, except they were modest. We would definitely love to live there. Great location too, we thought it was the best on the island. Close enough to be convenient far enough away to be special.

Everything was as advertised

We loved this condo! We were worried about not having air conditioning but it was not an issues. Nice cool breeze coming through the condo and there are multiple fans to use. Views and sunsets were spectacular. Saw whales and turtles right from the lanai. We did sleep with ear plugs as the wind can be a little noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sunsets, with all the necessities.

We enjoyed our stay in here in Maui. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed. There isn’t much of an ocean breeze even though the ocean is steps away. The listing is very clear that there is no air conditioning and they did have many fans. But it was still quite hot for us, otherwise this was a wonderful condo!

Beautiful upgraded oceanfront condo!

We had a fabulous time staying at this immaculately clean oceanfront condo. It was set up very nicely with everything we needed! My Perfect Stays concierge was very helpful even before our trip in securing tickets for us to several activities which were wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and watching sunsets over the ocean were amazing. It was a great place to relax! Description is very accurate! We will definitely stay at this property again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Maui property with us! If you ever decide to sell let us know! Mahalo!

Excellent Location

Such a gorgeous location! The views are incredible. The condo itself was very well stocked, we didn't need anything they didn't have. The furniture isn't the most comfortable but we did a lot of sight seeing so thay wasn't a huge issue. When I did have to work, the wifi was perfect and there were no issues. There is no air conditioning but that wasn't a problem because we had a nice cross-breeze with it being a corner unit. Back to the views though, we saw whales and sea turtles every day and got to enjoy the amazing sunsets right from the lanai. All in all, a wonderful place and we'd recommend this condo to others!

Fantastic ocean view, close to downtown, but not too close. Beautiful and comfortable condo.

We were a little concerned when we drove up to the property as the outside looks a little dated, but upon entering the courtyard and finally entering the condo door, we discovered the beauty of this place. This condo is very clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed. It is situated so that it is very private and the view from the deck is stunning. Air conditioning is not required as the windows are located such that a wonderful cross breeze can be created. The owners provided a weeks' supply of coffee and have pretty much thought of everything one would need. There was an ample supply of clean linens and towels and we lacked nothing during our stay. There is a washer and dryer included so you can pack lightly. We are a middle aged couple who stayed for a blissful week. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was great! The kids loved seeing the sea turtles from our lanai everyday! The sunsets were breath taking I could sit in the Lanai all day. The bed in the room was soo comfy and it was nice hearing the waves sleeping. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no AC But they provided us with extra fans and as long as we kept the windows open it wasn't a problem! For some reason the bedroom was way cooler which was great cuz my husband gets hot easily and I actually needed a blanket lol But we did go in May which the weather wasn't too bad it would be harder for those summer months. But other then that we loved staying here!

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Pros: Great location close to grocery store, take out spots, a park, etc. Lovely ocean view from the lanai where you can see sea turtles and breaching humpback whales, quiet building, bedroom window opens up to outside rather than interior hallway, nice updated kitchen stocked with dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee filters, etc..., washer/dryer in unit, nice updated bathroom, pretty plants everywhere around the building common areas, nice responsive manager. Cons: The pool was pretty cold. Like too cold to swim when we were there early April. The manager claimed the pool is solar heated, but it really was too cold. This was a pretty big disappointment, since I don't like to swim in the ocean. Another con, since the pool was cold, was that there was no hot tub. Overall, the pros more than outweighed the cons. :-)

Lovely, nicely appointed corner ocean front unit, with large operable windows in living area and bedroom, plus the glass/doors to Lanai, let’s you enjoy Oceanside living to the fullest. Fourth floor corner unit privacy, and view/sensual experience, far out weight the downside experiences. Minimally negatives: A. Living area has one two many chairs, and one two many tables, and the setting is awakened to use as a grouping, but with mirrored wall on interior side, it makes for a more enhancing staging for photography of it. B. Bedroom windows face another condo complex whose security lighting all night makes deep sleep difficult. I had to buy a sleep mask, as the thin draperies block none of it. C. Pool is adjacent to front parking lot. D. Nearest beach access walking is 1/4 mile. We would consider returning if there were incentives.

The view is the best part. That was spectacular. While this condo has the potential to be amazing, it just wasn't that great. It's very run down and in need of many updates. The furniture is quite uncomfortable and old. Some was torn. We had to go purchase our own pillows for sleeping the ones provided were so gross, old and very lumpy. The bedroom carpet is so gross you don't even want to walk on it barefoot. All of the fans are also very old, dirty & coming apart. The dust on them and all the light fixtures really shows how bad this place needs a good cleaning. Air conditioning would also be a nice addition, especially in the bed room, sleeping was hard because it was so hot. Little touches & updates would make a big difference here.

Stunning views!

Overall a good stay with stunning views and access to snorkeling and swimming nearby. Water shut off every Wednesday 9am-4pm! Kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, a cooler, 3 stand fans to cirulate air (still very warm without AC) and beach towels...one was just a small bath towel. Plenty of cleaning supplies included, but no kitchen dish cloth and only 4 bath towels for our 9 night stay. There is a washer/dryer in unit, but for very small loads. A laundry area on main floor is available as well. Pool is on the parking lot side, which was rarely used by guests. Nice seating area with lawn chairs ocean side, but no shade/umbrellas/cabanas. Grills for cooking and outside shower area to the side of the building. Unit overall clean, but floors had not been cleaned well (our feet were covered in dirt just hours after arriving). Furniture inside and out is worn. Lanai covered in bird poop.

A touch of class! Beautiful place with great views!

This place has a real touch of class with it's granite counter tops, travertine floors, beautiful cabinetry and a view from the lani that is outstanding. The turtle watching from the lanai while sitting on the elevated stools and having breakfast was great! This unit has great ventilation being an end unit and on the top floor. Proximity to the ocean means that you experience it's drama 24-7. The place is impeccably clean, very well laid out and has a real open feel to it. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and pretty well stocked, the bathroom very elegant with all the granite and lighting options and the bedroom was spacious with good storage and included the breach chairs (4), umbrella and nice big fluffy beach towels (4). We loved the swimming pool. It was refreshing after a hot day and very clean. Everything about the places caters to a couple from the 2 chairs on the lanai and inside at the table to a very nice but a limited stock of dishes. The hide away bed was only used for one night due to it's lack of comfort. Being that there were 3 of us, the foregoing two points were the only real downside. The building is clean, the parking great, and the owners recommendations on restaurants and activities - excellent!
