Welcome to “Thank Heaven 4-711”, your oceanfront sanctuary at Maui Sands Seaside in Lahaina — where every sunrise, sunset, and star-filled night unfolds just 10 feet from the Pacific. This newly renovated 2nd-floor condo offers one of Maui's most breathtaking and peaceful vantage points — a private 35-foot wraparound lanai overlooking the sparkling waters between Moloka'i and Lāna'i.

Here, location is king — nestled along the prized Kāʻanapali coast, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Step outside and you'll immediately feel the soft trade winds, smell the salt air, and hear the rhythmic hush of the waves below. Spend your mornings on the lanai with coffee in hand, watching sea turtles graze the coral reef or dolphins spinning in the distance. From November through April, majestic humpback whales breach and play before your eyes — a once-in-a-lifetime front-row experience from the comfort of your chaise lounge. The two reefs that border our shore create calm, crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling, paddleboarding, and swimming. You'll find yourself surrounded by colorful fish and graceful sea life in a protected, family-friendly setting. Amazing Lanai

Outdoor deck the highlight of this condo!!! We spent most of our time out there watching turtles & whales go by. Fairly private except for an occasional person who walks to the end of the corridor & awkwardly says hi. Also a talkative downstairs neighbor. Property dated but as promised. Convenient location--3 great take-out spots across the street & walking distance to more restaurants & 2 grocery stores. Kitchen equipped with necessities. Nice linens. Ocean beautiful but very, very, very loud! Earplugs couldn't even block out the crashing waves. Never tried A/C unit because I couldn't find it until I really looked at the very end of our stay--it's behind the curtain & the table in the corner of the dining area. Communication with rental management group very good.

Beautiful View

You can’t beat the view from the lanai. Condo is in an older building with no amenities and beach is not good for swimming. No laundry in unit or on site which is a negative when you are staying longer than a week. Unit has a lot of beach gear which is nice. Times Grocery store is within walking distance. Overall our stay was great for the price point.

Location over Luxury

We recently stayed at Maui Seaside for 8 days, 7 nights. We are avid VRBO people... we always opt for an apt, condo or house on vacation so that we feel like we are coming "home" after a long adventurous day. We always base our decisions off reviews so I wanted to make sure to leave one here. Pros: 1. THE VIEW! 2. LOCATION! 3. Well stocked. 4. I would say communication with management was 60/40. They responded quickly, but I never quite had my questions fully answered the first time. Cons: 1. The unit was not clean. The bathroom fans were caked in dust so if you turned the light on then the dust with stick to the ceiling or fall on you. The couch had a crusty yellow "stain" over it which looked like someone threw raw eggs and just left it. The standing fan in the bedroom had built up huge chunks of dust and debris so when you had it on, it would shoot out the large chunks onto the bed. The bedskirt was supposed to be white, but was the same color as the floor. 2. Birds - patio was amazing, but there was always feces and urine. If you didn't have the screen closed at all times, they would wander in. 3. There is a window unit, but it didn't do anything. We were hot alllll theeee timeeee. 4. Pay attention to all their little "notes" that they have posted. 5. The dishwasher doesn't work right now although listed as available. A deep deep clean and small upgrades would make such a difference, but until then, we wouldn't go back or suggest it.

30 year anniversary trip❀

The view is EVERYTHING! Enjoyed the location, amenities were great, everything we needed for the beach
snorkel gear chairs , water shoes , etc. Really no need to watch tv but if so, the tv could be a little bigger No access to the beach, would have liked that I will definitely stay here again

Nice, but not great.

This property is pretty nice, but in need of some love and updating. The management is well done and low stress. The space is really nice and so are the linens, etc. it is a nice place to call home base and explore the island by car. There are several restaurants within a short drive and a couple in walking range. Things that could be better or be aware
 1. There is not a pool. 2. The ocean is steps from your deck (amazing!), but the water/beach is not very friendly. Look at the pictures to see that there are rough rocks to access two different water sections. 3. Because of the lack of accessible beach, we went down the street about a mile or so to get in the water and snorkel. It’s some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever done with the fish and coral. We rented backpack chairs to go down to the beach and it would be nice of the condo provided this accessory. 4. The TV is way to small for how far away the seating is placed. 5. It’s hard to get the bedroom cooled down. Mahalo!
