As our guest, you will enjoy full, private access to the entire farmhouse and its surrounding property during your stay. That includes the renovated 1871 farmhouse featuring cozy living spaces, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill, fire pit, putting green, and chipping area. Your stay will also include a range of entertainment options like cornhole, darts, horseshoes, board games, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

With friendly goats and beautiful Cherry Creek a short stroll away, and plenty of room for pets and children, Cherry Creek Cottages offers the ideal mixture of fun, relaxation, and nature. Although the owners are living on-site, full privacy is guaranteed, and the hosts are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Note that this is a working goat farm, and interaction with the goats requires supervision. Keep in mind, too, that the flow of Cherry Creek may vary depending on rainfall and season. Security cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway for safety. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed, and commercial photography or filming require prior written permission. The farmhouse operates on a septic system, which means only toilet paper should be flushed.

While we’re just a 40-minute drive from San Antonio, this is a peaceful countryside stay. Cell phone service is generally strong, and the Wi-Fi is fast, but expect the occasional rural quirks.

Pets are welcome at Cherry Creek Cottages, but they must be kept on a leash when outside. At our farmhouse, your comfort, relaxation, and memorable experience are our top priorities. Let us know how we can make your stay even better!

Events & Gatherings:
Events, parties, or gatherings must be approved in advance. Additional fees and a signed agreement may apply based on group size, duration, and event type.

Extra Guests:
The nightly rate covers a set number of guests. Any additional occupants beyond the reservation must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges.

Commercial Photography/Filming:
Commercial photography, video shoots, or content creation for profit (including influencers, ads, or brand work) is not permitted without prior written approval. Additional fees and a location agreement will be required.

Farm Access:
Guests may view the goats from a distance. For safety and animal welfare, close interaction is not permitted unless previously arranged.

Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain the peaceful environment.

Property Use:
Full access to the farmhouse and outdoor areas is included, but please avoid entering restricted farm zones.

Parking:
On-site parking is available. Please notify us in advance if you will have more than two vehicles or large trailers.
