Master Bedroom: 1 King Adjustable Bed
Bedroom #2 1 Queen
Livingroom offers pull out bed ( for more comfort mattress pad located in broom closet.)
Florida room: Sectional makes full size bed, and there is a queen size Murphy Bed.

For the younger kids:
Pack & Play and high chair located in bedroom closet.

Fur Babies: large back yard fensed in. Back door features a XL doggy door. Please walk property to remove and waste from your fur baby and upon leaving please put doggy door back on. There is a gate just right outside the back door so your babies stay close to the house in the middle of the night, please dont leave your babies by thier self. As Florida is is dog friendly at almost every place, restaurant ect..

Pool:
Please NO diving, or running, parent needs to be present when any children are in the pool. Please no hard objects allowed in pool, please no food allowed in pool area. Drinks are allowed if they have lids and are not breakable ( NO GLASS ALLOWED). Animals are not allowed in the pool.

GAS Grill:
Please make sure no food is left in grill and close lid. Use at your own risk and turn off gas to tank when done.

Coffee Bar:
Coffee Machine is available that take the k-pods. Complimentary k-pods, creamer, sugar is provided for your first morning cup of coffee.
Mr. Coffee Barista is available. (Please bring what you need for Barista).

Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook with and to make that family meal.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside and all cigarette butts needs to be placed in ash trays and renter is responsible to make sure that the ash trays are emptied in trash bag in trash can outside (not in trash can in the home).

Trash:
Trash day is Tuesday morning at 6am. Please place trash can at the end of drive way Monday night. Once trash has been picked up please put trash can back Next to garage.

Lawn Care: mowing crew will be here on Tuesdays. It's your responsibility to make sure your fur babies are inside while the mowing crew is here for thier safety and yours.

Safety: There is a ring camera at the front door and camera in the backyard. They do record audio and are there for your Safety as well as mine since the home isn't being used round the clock.
