Upon entering the home on the main level, you'll find an open layout with soaring windows that frame the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe—a stunning backdrop for your stay. On this level, there is a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a Crockpot and blender. The kitchen features a spacious bar with 4 bar stools, perfect for grabbing a snack, enjoying a meal, or catching up on remote work. A 7-person dining table is steps away from the kitchen, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with your group while taking in the lake views. Gather in the living room on the 2 leather couches, warm up by the gas fireplace, and watch a movie on the 50” Smart TV. In the summertime, step outside to the private patio, where an outdoor table and seating offer a dreamy spot to relax while enjoying the lake views.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with king beds and ceiling fans for added comfort. The first guest bedroom is on the main floor, tucked away from the shared living space, and includes a wardrobe for storing your personal items. A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is across the hallway from the first bedroom for convenient shared use. On the upper floor, you'll find a second guest bedroom with 2 closets and a private balcony with views of the ski lifts at Homewood. A second shared bathroom is next to this guest room and, like the main floor bathroom, includes a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the upper floor is the master bedroom, a beautiful space with a 46” Smart TV, a window seat, a private patio overlooking the lake with a propane heater, and an en-suite bath. The en-suite bath is a spa-like space with a double-vanity sink, a steam shower, and a jacuzzi tub. A washer and dryer are also included on the main floor, making it hassle-free to keep up with laundry needs during your stay.
