Excellent house for family

Terrific location, very clean and outstanding communication with hosts. Will stay again with family. We had 5ppl and plenty of room to spread out.

So lovely

Beautiful house, well kept, that has a much better outfitted kitchen than expected (renters own a taco joint on the split so that tracks), not just dog friendly but dog loving - dog dishes, bed, treats, fenced backyard. So nice. Warning: the dog puzzle is missing about 7 pieces. Oh, and all the decorations were spot on. Guitar was in tune. Smoker was put to use. 10/10 experience for sure.

Perfect stay for a family

This was our second time staying at this home. Super convenient location, stress free amenities at the home, everything is always clean, great communication, and so many small touches in the home to make everything as convenient as possible. I would recommend this house to ANYONE looking for a place in Homer!

Loved staying here the first time and loved it even more the second time. Accommodations were wonderful and the host is an exceptional communicator. Next time we’re heading to Homer I’ll be hoping to stay here again.

90th birthday party

This was probably my best experience with a VRBO. We traveled with my mother to celebrate her 90th birthday with family in Homer. Three adults stayed in the house but it very easily could have fit more. The house was adorable and fit our needs perfectly. The location is great, near stores and the spit. We had family over for dinner and had no trouble with the well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of room for seven adults and we even found some toys for the two year old. The owners were so kind. They left a bottle of wine for my mom. The communication was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and would stay again if I am lucky enough to return to Homer!

Excellent place to stay! Close to great attractions, quiet neighborhood and very clean/nice rental.

I would definitely come back to this rental. The pictures for the rental don’t accurately represent this place. It’s more of an open floor plan, great lighting and updated. Very clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Great location and the host was great at communicating when needed (nothing related to the rental). When I go back to Homer and need a place to stay this rental will be the first one I look at for reservations. Thank you 😊

Perfect home for a perfect vacation

I can not say enough positive words to describe our experience with the home or the owners :) The communication was excellent right from the beginning. We received the sweetest note card which made us feel so welcome. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy to find, super close to a major grocery store, and right down the street from the Spit (where all the fun restaurants, docks, and shopping is located). The house served so well for my family. Very clean upon, stocked with all sorts of utensils, dished, coffee cups, etc. Large refrigerator, a stove that I envy (lol), and washer/dryer. The set up is so light and airy, we all really enjoyed. The beds were perfectly comfy. The bedrooms each have a custom made organizer which was perfect for setting out our items. The bathrooms are all so clean and having two full baths really helped out with 5 people. We met the owners at their restaurant Swell Taco located on the Spit and they are so nice. Ending with a highly recommend of renting this home. Next time we are in Homer baring it already being rented out we will be there again :)

A perfect stay for our family!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our stay! The house was wonderful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we could need, there was space for our family of seven to spread out and not be on top of each other, the location was so convenient and easy to find. Owner was proactive with communication and super helpful, we will most definitely recommend this wonderful home to any friends visiting Homer! Thank you!

2nd Annual Trek to Homer

Celebrating Katchemak Bay Shore Bird Festival and Mothers Day with our entire family in Homer gave me the greatest joy ever. This was our second year. We decided it will be our annual trek. Our accommodations could not have been better. Just what you need is plenty of hot water, comfortable house temperature and a great bed! We cooked most of our meals without a problem. Oh and thank you for the washer and dryer
