Trearddur Bay holiday cottage - self catering in Trearddur Bay
The property boasts spacious 4 bed room, 2 bathroom renovated detached holiday cottage. It sleeps 10, great for shared holidays with friends and family also large open plan lounge dining area and new kitchen with island.
To the front there is a lawned garden and parking for 4 to 5 cars on the drive. We also provide an electric car charging point.
The cottage has complimentary WI-FI high speed fibre internet, so if you need to work here or just want to surf, socialize and stream, its all yours.
The modern granite kitchen with island is fully equipped has a double oven, 5 burner hob, combination microwave, large stainless steel fridge freezer with cool water dispenser, dishwasher and all the equipment and accessories for a fabulous dinner for 8.
Appliances include a coffee machine, food processor, and slow cooker for meals of your like. Dishwasher and tablets are provided so you don't need to wash up. We have large granite island with plenty of dining area space for family gathering around the kitchen with a glass of wine whilst waiting for dinner.
In the open plan lounge area, you have large luxury corner group settees sitting 8, allowing the whole family to sit down and watch their favourite box set or movie together. There is a 65-inch LED smart TV with full Sky package including sports. In the lounge, a variety of board games, puzzles and books are also provided.
Next to the settees area in the open plan lounge, is the modern dining table and chairs area seats 8.
Modern glass and oak stairs lead to upstairs 2 bedrooms with double sci-fi space bed, and 5 m long bedrooms with TV and sky box. both of the spacious and bright bedrooms can be configured as twins or king size beds.
You have 2 bedrooms downstairs, one of which is master bedroom with en-suite toilet basin and shower. The main bathroom is a brand-new marble bathroom with a large L shape bath and shower, toilet and â'his ân' hers'' double sinks.
The enclosed back garden and patio area provide secure gated rear gardens laid to lawn, perfect for children and dogs, large decking area, outdoor dining area, pizza oven and gas BBQ.
A large outdoor rattan table and 6 chairs set on the decking is perfect for al fresco dining or an evening drink. A gas BBQ and gas pizza oven are available to ensure you make the most of outdoor living both in summer and in winter.
Within the back gardens is the Games room with Sky TV with Sports package, bar area, drinks fridge, pool table, ping pong and air hockey tables as a man and lady cave. Perfect escape for any rainy days.
The utility room boasts a drying area, perfect for wetsuits or outdoor clothing. There is also a washing machine. Utility rooms leads out to back gardens and the Games room.
Master bedroom is tastefully decorated with an upholstered double bed, velvet teal curtains, built in ward robes and modern furnishings.
Fresh linen, hand towels, bath sheet (pp), bath mats and tea towels are included in your booking.
