The Space:

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an Electric Range, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double-sided woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite, one of which has a TV, along with three ground-floor rooms, including a king-size, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. Outside there is a side lawn with patio, furniture, games, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. Note: access to the property is via an unmade road for approx half a mile which might not be suitable for low vehicles. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles, a pub in 3.6 miles, and River Claw in 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stone Barn is a wonderful base for exploring the coast and country of Devon. Note: There is wheelchair access, however, there are 2 steps between the kitchen and sitting room. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties.



The Neighborhood:

The ancient market town of Holsworthy lies nestled amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country. There are many different landscapes within the region, from rugged cliffs and sandy beaches to rolling farmland and lush valleys. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a tennis court and splendid park with bowling green. The town centre boasts a varied selection of traditional shops, pubs and cafés, based around the market square. There is an 18-hole golf course just outside the town, while the local area is rich with opportunities for fishing, sailing, cycling and walking. The sandy beaches at Bude are within easy reach, while further afield visitors can explore the changing face of the South West Coastal Path, dramatic Exmoor and Dartmoor, and unspoilt Bodmin Moor, or simply relax in the quiet countryside that typifies North Devon.
