Ash Cottage Sleeps 2 with Pool & Wi-Fi

Nestled along the riverside, Ash Cottage offers a cosy escape for guests seeking tranquillity and natural beauty. Wander through 11.5 acres of gardens, orchard and countryside, where wildlife thrives and adventure awaits.

Ash Cottage sleeps up to two guests in a comfortable double bedroom, with space to add a travel cot for little ones. The spacious shower room includes complimentary toiletries from Baylis & Harding and Cole & Lewis, plus soft bath towels.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, ideal for relaxed home-cooked meals. In the inviting living room, a charming log burner sets the scene for cosy evenings in, with books, games and a smart TV, supported by fast Starlink Wi-Fi.

Freshly laundered towels, heating and a washing machine are provided for a convenient, home-from-home stay. On-site parking is available for guests.

Hot tub hire is available on site as an optional extra and is not included in the nightly rate. The charge is GBP 30 per day, with a minimum of GBP 75 per stay. Each booking has a clean, freshly filled and heated hot tub ready for arrival. Hot tubs are first come, first served and must be pre-booked. A shared heated swimming pool (5 m x 1.1 m) is open seasonally from April to October (weather dependent) and can be hired for private use at GBP 15 per hour.

One well-behaved dog is welcome in the cottage and on the land. Dogs must be kept on a lead except in designated walking areas, as there are farm animals and our friendly Labrador nearby. At the bottom of the courtyard you will find tranquil gardens, an orchard, a children’s play area, farm animals including sheep, lambs and pigs, and undercover seating ideal for a quiet drink or family barbecue.

Guests can stroll through the orchard down to the River Tamar, with over 400 yards of riverside access for peaceful walks and fishing. Summerleaze Beach in Bude, with its golden sands and tidal sea pool, is around a 15-minute drive away.
