Couchers de soleil Ă©tonnants de Valhalla Upstairs.

L'unité à l'étage Valhalla, située au 3216 Gulf Drive à Holmes, est un magnifique duplex avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains situé devant une baie isolée du golfe. Bien que le Valhalla soit niché dans un quartier calme, il se trouve à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants. L'emplacement est parfait!

La grande terrasse couverte est un endroit parfait pour profiter de la vue sur la plage, regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues et profiter des couchers de soleil!

Le Valhalla dormira confortablement sept avec un lit queen size, trois lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les améliorations récentes incluent tous les nouveaux meubles et la nouvelle literie, un accÚs Internet haut débit sans fil avec cùble étendu et les appels longue distance nationaux gratuits. D'autres éléments incluent une cheminée, un barbecue et une chaßne stéréo. Il y a un téléviseur 32 "à écran plat avec lecteur DVD dans le salon, un téléviseur 22" dans la chambre principale et un téléviseur 19 "dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

Situé sur une plage vierge et isolée, le Valhalla est un lieu de retraite idéal pour la location sur Anna Maria Island.

Cette unitĂ© peut facilement ĂȘtre louĂ©e en conjonction avec l'unitĂ© en bas pour des groupes jusqu'Ă  treize. Louez les deux et recevez un rabais de 10%! Pour les groupes jusqu'Ă  21 ans, pensez Ă©galement au Tiki d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ©! Comme son nom l'indique, le Valhalla est vraiment le paradis! Le Valhalla est une location minimum d'une semaine.

Hubby and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location right on the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed the sunsets right from the deck. This property looks to be very recently remodeled-the place is gorgeous! We had no issues and would absolutely stay here again.

WOW! I loved everything about this property, the view, the location, everything. My family was very happy with the property as well. We’ve stayed at other properties this summer that did not meet any of our expectations and this one out did itself. We will definitely be booking again next year for our family vacation.

Great Location - House getting worse

Peeling paint, very dirty throughout, broken ceramic tile, missing towel bars, shower door held closed by tape, wall paneling bowing and mildew smell. Very disappointed in the overall experience of paying so much for such a run down property. The location on the beach is perfect which is what made it bearable. We didn't spend that much time in the house as compared to the outdoor time. The covered deck is great and the views are amazing.

We brought my mother in law who does not go to the beach much anymore for her birthday. She sat out on the beach since it was so close. The unit was very clean and had recent updates of appliances and furnishings. We had a wonderful time !

A Spring Break Success!

No need for a cooler because you can literally go to the kitchen to grab a cold beverage. If you want to explore a car is nice but if all you want is a beach vacation everything is in walking distance. Groceries, Walgreens, alcohol, select restaurants, coffee shop, hardware store, beach rentals are ALL walking distance. Your patch of beach is essentially private, always an area for you out front. Furnishings are nice, washer/dryer is great, condition of unit is older. Some paint is pealing. Bathrooms are nice but water pressure in guest bath is bad, master pressure is GREAT. Rent house nextdoor and unit below for large group, would be perfect.

There were a couple things about the house I wasn’t happy with. The laundry area (upstairs) needs work. Organization is a must, and a curtain to cover the water heater and furnace would have been nice. It was very unattractive to walk by. The front walls also had damage, but I’m sure that will be fixed. Besides those 2 things, we had a great experience, and a wonderful vacation.
