The Palms #3 sits one block from the Gulf on 34th Street in Holmes Beach — a quiet residential dead-end where the beach crowd arrives on foot and the sand stays uncrowded even when the rest of the island is busy.

The four-unit complex is private in the way that actually matters — a heated pool shared with just three other units, framed by tall palms and a paved deck with lounge chairs. After a morning on the beach, it's where everyone ends up. A communal gas grill sits poolside for evening cookouts, and the whole setup has a residential feel that larger complexes can't replicate.

Inside, the condo is clean and decorated in easy coastal tones. The open layout puts the kitchen, dining, and living areas together — granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a large wall-mounted TV visible from both the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have queen beds with adjustable electric bases — a detail that matters more than guests expect until they've slept in one. The master connects to an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has full use of the second bath off the hall.

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the ground-level storage unit — a short walk from the condo rather than in-unit, worth knowing for a week-long stay.

One block to the beach means spontaneous morning walks, quick runs back for lunch, and evening strolls that don't require planning. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk. The neighborhood is relaxed enough that guests regularly explore the whole island without moving their car.

Amazing condo in great location.

The condo was very clean. The location was very convenient to the beach and shopping. It was equipped with everything we needed. My only recommendation is a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again

Clean and spacious

Furnishings were great and clean, smoker parking, pool was nicely heated, just a block and a half to beach, beautiful sunsets. Maintenance was quick to respond to Wi-Fi issue.

We enjoyed grilling out and sitting around the pool! The palms trees are beautiful around the pool and at our back entrance! Always paradise at the Palms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time staying at the Palms but our first time at the Palms 3. The location is so great and close to Publix and Walgreens making grabbing a few things here and there very easy. Upon arrival we were able to get into our condo early, the host messaged us to tell us it was ready around 10am, which worked out great for us. The condo it’s self was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, no need to bring your own. It’s always nice to have a washer and dryer to freshen up the beach towels mid trip. The walk to the beach is unbeatable. it’s quick and easy to walk over to the beach so night walks and quick walks home for the bathroom and meals is a breeze. All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely be staying again.

The condo is walking distance to the beach and within walking distance to several stores. another plus, we fly in so having all the beach supplies was wonderful! We did not have to worry about anything.The condo was just what we needed. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and we slept great!The kitchen was well equipped with all amenities we needed ! While there we had an issue finding our way back to cable tv ,with a phone call someone was quickly knocking at our door! GREAT SERVICE! WE LOVED OUR TRIP AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! We wont be looking anywhere else! ONLY one suggestion would be some rubber mats in the kitchen and bathrooms because of my plantar fasciitis!! See you next year!

Reviewer Comments: Palms#3 was a great place for two couples to share a place two blocks from the beach and a block from a shopping center with a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, liquor store, etc. The building, with parking and private laundry room per unit underneath, requires that you walk up and down a set of stairs to access all 4 units. Two units are in the front and two are in the back. Our unit was in the back of the building with an outdoor walkway to two units. Our unit required that we walk past one of the units to access ours. The walkway overlooks palm trees and the pool at the end of the walkway. Two outdoor chairs were available to sit outside in the shade and the sun, depending on the time of day. We could hang our wet suits and towels on the railing of the walkway to dry, with no complaints. Although there was no heat in the pool for the first week, it was repaired by the second week. Much of the pool was in the shade because the pool was surrounded by the building on one side and palm trees and fence on the other three sides. We were usually the only ones in the pool most of the time. Due to the pool not being heated for 10 days, we were refunded $20 per day for that inconvenience. Otherwise, the 4 of us were quite happy there. One couple used the bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub, etc. and the other couple used a private bathroom inside their room with a walk-in shower, etc. Plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had an ample supply of pots, pans, dishes, and storage, etc. Refrigerator has an icemaker, water and ice dispenser in the door, stove was electric, and a dishwasher. Plenty of dishes if the dishwasher was used daily. It was grenerally a good and convenient place to stay!
