Located 4 homes from the beach, Turtle Cove has stunning water views from multiple balconies and is your beach vacation destination.

The beachy decor and seaside charm of Turtle Cove welcome you home. The main level (floor 2) is comprised of the kitchen, living room and dining room with a table that seats eight. Step outside to the balcony from the dining area for a view and enjoy the island breezes. An elevator is available for guest use.

Three of the king bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are equipped with a set of bunk beds, one with a king bed beneath an XL Twin bed and the other with a queen bed beneath an XL Twin bed. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The tropical backyard features a sparkling heated pool, spa and outdoor shower surrounded by pool loungers. A poolside entertainment area is fit with a gas grill, lounge furniture, TV and patio dining table for ten. Make it a day at the pool and stock up the fridge with snacks and drinks for all. Your guests will enjoy a pool table, foosball table and ping pong.

Turtle Cove is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the large outdoor area around the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable. It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with king beds so all of the adults were comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions or needs. We would love to return to Anna Marie Island and this house again!

Girls Trip

We were a party of ten, visiting for a week. The house was very spacious and well-equipped with all the kitchen, bar, and grill tools needed to prepare meals. The outside space was wonderful and used daily, featuring a great pool size and the ability to seat 10 at the table. We grilled outside three nights and had dinner comfortably together. The location is convenient, just a short one-minute walk to the beach. The area has lots of shops and eateries, and we rented a golf cart to help us get around. It was perfect for our girls' getaway! We did have trouble with a few items, but the host took care of those immediately. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Amazing location! We loved walking a few houses to the gorgeous beach and having almost every beach amenity for our use. The pool and hot tub were an hit with the kids and having it heated was an added bonus. The location to great restaurants and cute shops was nice, too. However, upon arrival, the house was not as clean as expected. We had to have a cleaning crew come back twice within the first couple of days as the floor was dirty and you could see dust/dirt on some of the surfaces. The listing agency was beyond helpful and responded immediately to any concern we had. The outside area and the garage were sandy and right around the spiral stairs was shattered glass. Once again, a very friendly man came and cleaned up the glass. Working the TVs were tricky, so it would be helpful for a little write up about what remote does what feature to make things easier for the guests and whether the tv is a cable hookup or just an app tv. A nice man came out and helped us with this, too. The ice maker for the fridge on the main level wasn’t working great, but the rental company provided ice for us and did try to fix the issue. Even with these hiccups, we had an amazing vacation. The location of this house speaks for itself and the extras it holds are a great addition to a family or group vacation.

This house has ALL the amenities! It’s also modern & comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids lived in pool & amazing backyard. They even have beach towels!! Excellent location- close to everything.

Post-Hurricane Family Thanksgiving

We picked out this home well before the hurricane due to the great location near the beach and amenities. Glad to hear it made it through the storm with minimal damage, it was everything it promised to be. Short walk to beach encourages many visits during a warm Thanksgiving week, hot tub great for when the sun went down. Elevator great for older family members. This was our second Thanksgiving in a row at Anna Maria and this helped turn it into an ongoing tradition!

Awesome!

Our family has stayed at many VRBOs and also various places throughout Florida. We absolutely fell in love with Anna Maria Island! We are hopeful we will get to rent this exact property next year when we bring all our adult kids and their small little families. The rental managers where great as well!

Dirty and rundown

We picked this place because reviews were 10/10 and especially because the reviews were 10/10 for clean. We arrived to a 0/10 for clean. Though the listing says not pet friendly, the owner has multiple dogs who were at the property the week before us. Dog hair and slobber was everywhere. The furniture was dirty and broken. The floors turned our feet and socks black. The cabinets and door frames are filthy. The pool was full of beer caps and sand. Food all over the pool deck and trash around the outside of the house. I called the rental agent who sent the cleaners back. I had to argue with the cleaner about the condition of the home. She told me the owners had trashed it the week before and she did the best she could. The beds are awful. Mattresses uncomfortable. One bed was broken altogether. The beach chairs were broken, cheap and dirty. The owner and or the rental company will probably respond to this saying all of this was fixed, but that won’t change the experience we had. The one good thing about the house is the location. It’s steps to the beach which was great. We saw baby turtles and beautiful sunsets and enjoyed family time despite being horrified by the condition of the property. AMI is a great place. Just don’t rent this one.

House as described, Fabulous location!

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Cove! House was clean and plenty of beach amenities, with the beach just a short walk (2 mins) away! The pool area is great to come back to after a long day at the beach with plenty of shady area. One suggestion would be providing added toiletries upon arrival. We had to stock up on soap, shampoo, conditioner when we arrived. A perfect home for kids and adults! Would highly recommend this home!

THE perfect family getaway

Beautiful, clean and plenty of space. With small children it was pool in the morning while adults had coffee - beach 200 steps away in afternoon then home for dinner then back to beach or the pool for evening. Lovely home.

Lovely Home

We stayed in this home for a spring break vacation and had a wonderful time! It is only short walk to the beach and the home is well appointed with everything you could need (chairs/games/bikes ect.) for a beach vacation. The outdoor space is every bit as wonderful as the photos. Anna Maria Island boasts beautiful and quiet beaches, outdoor water recreation and lovely spots to dine or have a beach front cocktail. We visited with our teenage kiddos and our parents and the home was perfect. We would come again with family or with a group of friends. 5 stars!

Escape from Utah snow

It was a challenge to find a time that everyone could take vacation all at once. The first week in December on Anna Maria was a great choice: no hurricanes
no holiday plane nightmares like Christmas and Thanksgiving
no crowds
easier to get vacation time. A few colder days, but basically wonderful weather and no rain. We enjoyed the great beach access
kids even took a surfing lesson. Great food. A lot of space for 10 people with 4 teens. A separate master suite for all three couples. Great choice of a rental home.
