Maison unifamiliale privĂ©e dans une rue calme, sept maisons des belles plages de classe mondiale de l'Ăźle Anna Maria. PrĂšs des restaurants et des magasins. Le chariot s'arrĂȘte pour la navette gratuite de l'Ăźle au bout de la rue.

Maison privée magnifiquement refaite décorée dans un style plage classique. Cuisine complÚte, salle à manger et salon. Plafond en bois unique dans la salle à manger. Nouveau comptoir en granit dans la cuisine. Trois chambres et trois salles de bain complÚtes. Douche extérieure relaxante.

Faites griller les prises de la journée sur le gril de l'arriÚre-cour et profitez d'un pique-nique dans la cour arriÚre privée. Faites du vélo dans un restaurant de plage décontracté ou faites une réservation dans l'un des nombreux établissements gastronomiques à quelques pùtés de maisons.

La plage est réguliÚrement classée parmi les meilleures plages du pays. Plage relaxante jamais bondée en raison de quartiers principalement résidentiels. Pas de condos de grande hauteur.

We fell in love with this house, it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved going out and experiencing Anna Maria Island, but we equally loved coming back to the house which was so beach-cozy! The kids enjoyed their own space in the back room, while the adults loved the huge sectional couch and living room area. The decor is beautifully and tastefully chosen. The location is perfect: a very short walk to the beach, and quick bike ride to shopping or restaurants. Doug was always available via text and responded promptly to questions. We loved our time in Anna Maria Island and when we return, we would love to rent this house again.

Perfect house!

Stayed here for our honey moon it was the perfect house Douglas had very good response time and helped with all our questions! House was stocked with everything you would need super close to the beach and trolley access. Definitely would stay here again

Perfect Home Near the Beach

Our family had a wonderful time at AMI with this cozy home perfect for our spring break getaway. This was our first VRBO rental and property met and exceeded our expectations. You would never have known the home was under water last fall with storm surge from Hurricane Helene. Douglas was a great host.

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect for my wife and I and two of our adult sons. It is well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to beautiful and uncrowded beach. The best grill I’ve ever seen at a rental! Centrally located on Anna Maria. A short drive or trolley ride to all places of interest on island. Owners are easy to work with!

Short but Sweet

We were just getting used to the wonderful nearby beach. It was a dream come true for all of us: my wife and myself, my daughter and her husband and their infant son. It was cozy and comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. And the baby had a quiet room too. Doug is a great host. Nice backyard. Perfect for grilling out. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short as my mother-in-law took a turn for the worse. She was in ailing health and a call from the nursing home had us heading home so we could be with her in her last few days. We hope to come back in the future as we fell in love with Anna Maria Island and this cute, yet spacious little cottage by the beach.

Amazing and close to the beach

This beach cottage was very comfortable and suited the needs of our stay very well. We especially enjoyed the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were left for us to use at the beach. We walked just a couple of blocks from the house and spent most of our time relaxing while the kids played on the beach. The layout of the house was different because you walk through the 2nd bedroom and bathroom to get to the back bedroom, but we put the kids in the back bedroom and it wasn't a problem for us.

Awesome location

This was our first time to Florida and the hosts made the whole process very easy! They were there on our arrival and very friendly, down to earth people. This property was clean, cool and in a great location, just 5 minutes to the beach, along a beautiful street and walkway. Trolley stops at both ends of the streets make it super convenient if you’re without a car. Everything we needed for the beach was out back - umbrellas, chairs, poles/anchors for umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, etc. Towels were provided inside and it was nice to have a washer/dryer to be able to repack clean clothes! We did rent a foldable beach wagon since the one provided had busted wheels but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Would definitely rent again!

Great place!

We very much enjoyed our stay! House was clean and beds were comfortable. Doug was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had. Short walk to the beach and they did have some beach chairs we were able to use which was helpful. It was our first time to the island and we would definitely be back and we very much enjoyed this house to stay in for our vacation!

We absolutely loved Anna Maria and this House!!

Doug was an incredible host and had great communication through the whole booking and rental process. I highly recommend staying at his house, enjoying the quick walk to the beach, the incredible location, and the great amenities his house has to offer. We ABSOLUTELY plan on coming back to his house!

Great cottage getaway destination with a great location.

The rooms were accommodating with 3 separate bathrooms. Everything looked as you see from what the pictures show and state. The owner was very nice & helpful in answering any questions we had upon our stay. I would highly recommend this nice quiet rental property for your next getaway destination on Anna Maria Island.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay on Anna Maria. This was our third visit to the island and first time in this home. The location to the beach was great. The house with the yellow doors is a short block and a half walk. We loved this aspect. We could hit the beach early in the morning for a walk, go back to the house to change into swimsuits and grab our books, and head back to the beach to enjoy the sunshine! The house came with lawn chairs and a beach wagon which we appreciated. The owner was outstanding when it came to communication and answering any questions we had. We LOVED the fact that we had our check-in information a couple of days in advance and that he worked to allow us an early check-in. The other reviews talk about the house design. There are two bedrooms in what I'd call the "main house" and one which is towards the back. It worked great for our arrangent and actually allowed for some "alone time" and some "together time." I appreciated the owner wanted to confirm that we knew this in advance. We felt it spoke to his high integrity. Overall, the cleanliness of the house was good. We ranked it a four simply because something went rolling under the sofa and it appeared it could use a deep clean in some of those out of the way places. There were also a couple of pots we took it upon ourselves to re-wash (which was not a big deal) and the cleaners would not have thought to check those from the previous renters. However, we also know we were rushing the cleaners to allow us early entry and appreciated their accomodations. We don't doubt you'll enjoy your stay in this little home with it's great history! (We enjoyed it being shared in the book!) We pray your family will be blessed during their time in this home and the owners will too for their hospitality. Yellow door house was amazing!

This house was great! The 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths accompanied our family of 5 (plus occasional friends) very well. The house is fully stocked with everything you can imagine - kitchen amenities, boogie boards, beach chairs, linens, etc. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. The floorplan is unique (walking through 2nd bedroom to 3rd), but it works fine with kids. The big driveway was nice for our car and the golf cart that we rented. Doug was very accommodating and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend renting this property!

Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family of 5. The decor is cute and stylish. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The entire home was very clean. There’s a large shed in the backyard with everything you would need for the beach, including a wagon to haul it all. The location is perfect, just one block from the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location

Douglas was very attentive when needed. Home is in a great location with easy access to beach. Third bedroom off of back of home is accessed through the secondary. Slightly weird if you have all adults, but the set up worked out great for us because the kids took that space and enjoyed the second television in there.

Great location

This location was an easy walk to the beach, nice stroll to the local creamery, and quiet neighborhood. The organization of the bedrooms is great for a parents with kids and a separate adult or even parents with a teen and younger kids (you have to walk through one bed/bath to get to the third). Everything needed was available.

Great property, Great host

The property is in a great location on the island, very close to the beach and a great layout for a family of four. Many people run these properties like a business. Not here - Doug, the owner, treats you like a friend and a personal guest. He told me about the island before I even rented, texted before to find out our plans, made recommendations, and was there to help and answer any questions. I truly enjoyed our interactions and the stay. Highly recommend.
