Welcome to Happy Place, a ground level 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom recently updated home with 75 ft of canal. frontage. Located just 0.4 miles from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. surrounded by tropical landscaping. This home has all the essentials for a fabulous vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a bistro table set for two guests. After a long day of fun at the beach and watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV and fall asleep to the sound of the nearby palm trees swaying. The bedroom has a smart TV and King bed with Tuft & Needle mattress, the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Overlooking the dock is the second story boat house bar along with a seating area overlooking the pool where you can relax with a book whilst you see the sun go down in the distance.

Many rooms open out to the beautiful pool area with large 24' x 32' deep pool. The "boat house" is one feature that makes this home so unique.

Nestled on the fringe of the deep water canal. Nearly 4,500 sq.ft the home surrounds pool &,soothing waterfall, The kitchen offers an oven, dishwasher, two 48 cubic ft. refrigerators, double oven, 3 x beverage fridges.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must verify ID before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
