Other Things To Note

• Anna Maria Island maintains a noise ordinance from 10pm-8am that we kindly ask all guests to respect.
• We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
• This home allows parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Things can be moved around in the garage to accommodate 1 additional small vehicle.
• Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps of low 100's, depending on the outside air temperature. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate.
• We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25 and a max occupancy of 8 guests.
• We are dog friendly! A fee of $125 for each dog you are bringing. PET POLICY: 2 pets maximum. We allow small, non-shedding, well trained dogs. Please message about pets for approval.


Hurricane Cancellation Policy: We provide a 100% refund if your trip is canceled due to a hurricane warning issued by the National Weather Service for either our rental area or your departure location. Additionally, if your stay is cut short due to a mandatory evacuation order, we will provide a full refund for all unused days from the date of early departure.
