Cottage by the Sea was a WONDERFUL place to share with family on the beach. The ONLY reason it didn’t get all 5’s is bc the front door needed some work to get the keypad to work, but the biggest issue (which they cannot control, but also didn’t disclose), was the big major construction directly across the small street from us where they were constructing a large new home. We will definitely want to go back to Cottage by the Sea once they finish the construction. Can’t wait! Thanks for a great visit to AMI

The beach house we rented was directly on the beach and had beautiful views of the surrounding beach and ocean. The home was very well appointed and had all the amenities you would need to enjoy a week of relaxation. However, there was construction going on at the house next door for the entire week we were there. We were woken up by 6:30 a.m. by construction noise as well as the multiple vehicles parked along the street. There were also several times our driveway was blocked at one time. I had to have them move their equipment out of the way so we could get out to go to dinner. There were also multiple times that the sidewalk into the front door was also blocked, which made it difficult to access the beach with a wagon full of Beach equipment. I spoke with one of the construction workers and they told me the work will be going on for the next 4 months. I would recommend caution when renting this home during that time due to the issues that I've pointed out. Other than that the home was a great stay and would recommend it anytime other than construction time.

Awesome views at Cottage by the Sea

Beautiful, comfortable property with great ocean/sunset views. Tastefully decorated and complete with almost anything you would need for a beach trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the location was absolutely perfect.

Girls Week!

Girls week for us 51 year olds & the property was fantastic! All 3 bedrooms were quite large & bathrooms as well. The Kitchen/TV/Great Room was very spacious for all of us girls to spread out & we had a blast. The entire property had everything we could need including a great view that is directly on the beach. We’ll definitely stay here again. The Fabulous Fifties

Best stay ever

I’ve never been one to book the same place twice, but now after this place I get why people do it. This location was the best for our family. We had a four year old and walking to the beach was a breeze. We sat outside on the patio for coffee and at sunset. The cottage had everything we would need for our stay. Enough chairs/ towels/ beach toys for 6 adults and 1 child. The place was very clean and had all cooking utensils we needed to cook dinner. The cottage took extra care to provide enough blankets to use for snuggling on the sofa. All towels were provided and clean. We had a vehicle to ride around the island but the convenience to shopping was great. The trolley was about a 5 min walk from the house. We will be back for sure! Thank you cottage by the sea!

Just a couple days before our stay we were told we had to move as our original rental was not going to be available. They didn’t seem to know why which was disconcerting but they offered another beachfront home. Home was beautiful and much larger so we we’re happy with the switch. Home wasn’t as clean as we prefer but most rentals don’t meet my standards. Had a few maintenance issues but all taken care of promptly. Most importantly we had a great time with our family. Would rent again with this company.

Perfect place to enjoy beach life

Located right on the edge of the dunes. Large beach with much fewer people than expected. Very private compared to public beaches that were only about 3 blocks in either direction. Fantastic sunset views. Recommend getting a golf cart. Street legal and we had a blast.

We had a great time at cottage by the sea. I do wish we knew there was an outside shower on back of house and the attached storage shed that had beach equipment. I read one review that stayed there were beach chairs but we didn't find until 3 days into our stay. The house is centrally located. Great location and hope to come back on the future

Cottage by the Sea was everything we could’ve imagined! First time any of us have rented right on the beach and it was amazing. We had everything we needed and if we didn’t the response from AMI was super quick. We would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH!

The cottage is 10 steps from a path leading to one of the most beautiful beaches. . .we rented paddleboards and SUP surfed nearly every morning with the dolphins. . .evenings were spent on the patio, circled around the gas fire pit. . we shopped daily at the local Publix, a 5 minute bike ride away and cooked in the for week. . . . it was perfect for us!

Just needed a break!

We really enjoyed this home & location. We love AMI, especially finding cute homes right on the beach- this property was spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Large kitchen & open living area for all to enjoy. Very clean too. Tastefully decorated, beautifully landscaped & had lots of stuff for us to use at the beach. We loved the addition of the fire pit- with even just a very small pool, this place would be perfect!! Great property 😊
