Great communication with the rental company. The location was on the beach. Very quiet and relaxing! The condo was a little outdated but very clean. We spent most of our time on the go or on the beach, so that didn’t matter to us. The only down side is the water pressure or lack of.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Family friendly. Beautiful unobstructed view from top floor. Beach chairs/small cooler per unit would be great for those who fly in. I have always loved having and leaving useful items such as salt/pepper, coffee filters, sunscreen, etc. Someone left 2 beach chairs. A neighbor left us their cooler when they checked out. I paid it forward and left it for the next family. We bought a beach umbrella and left that also. These things make a rental property more of a community vibe. I highly recommend this property. It was our first experience to the area and we plan on returning.

The beach location is excellent. The property/condo is dated, but clean. The view makes up for it. Furnishings need to be updated and mattresses were not great. Make sure you park in the direction of the street, we received parking ticket while waiting for someone to move their vehicle parked in our assigned spot.

Would be a 5 star review but for just two issues.

Unit was clean, well maintained, well stocked, great water pressure, and the view is priceless. Unfortunately, the two beds are nothing short of medieval torture racks. I bought an air mattress after our first sleepless night and slept on it the rest of the week. The beds need immediate replacement. Only other complaint is that since the entrance to the property is also the public beach access. I had to park all the way down the street several times because people that are not staying at the property park in hotel guest parking spots. They have no enforcement whatsoever. If it were not for these two issues, I would give a five star rating.

Cute property in a great location

This is a cute condo property right on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. View was fabulous and the heated pool was a nice break from the beach. Kitchen is a bit outdated and could use a few extras but not a big problem. Communication with the management company was excellent and very helpful for our first trip to Anna Maria.

Nice Place

We booked a little late for the time of the year we visited but overall it was a nice stay. The condo is fine and meets your basic needs well. It does not have a washer/dryer and has two full beds.

Great find!

We booked a quick trip to Anna Maria Island for our 24th Anniversary. Just did a little jaunt for a few days. This place was perfect for the two of us and right on the beach!! Also close to shopping and restaurants. It was a great trip!

Beach Getaway

It was a great week. The crowds were a little much for us. The beach and water was beautiful. The food was really good. We loved the app to order or foods and not have to wait an hour to eat. Only other negative was no washer and dryer in condo. Overall I’d give the trip a 9 out if 10.

The view is everything ! Beautiful beach front condo. The condo is much older than we are used to, but still very clean and nicely equipped. Very comfortable stay overall. The property management is great. You can text if you need anything and they respond right away.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria. This place is right on the beach, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the area as well, close to seafood market, restaurants, etc. Anna Maria has more of a community feel to it than other places we have stayed. Might suggest moving the router to the living room as we had to stay in touch with work and it didn't work for us in the living room or on the balcony.

Nice location on the beach.

Ami realty was awesome to work with every time I have any problems they got right back to me immediately. I love the location on the beach there was a wonderful porch that you could see the ocean from the porch. The condo needed a little TLC but we got a good price only thing that really needs to change are the mattresses. The beds are really uncomfortable.

This lovely condo was just as advertised.

It was tidy and well decorated and had everythingthing we needed. The view was wonderful and there was full access to a beautiful beach. There were a couple small glitches with parking and the television but the owners got right back to us in addressing both issues. The beds were comfortable and there were several additional nice touches such as soaps and towels. We were delighted that it was just as advertised and we highly recommend.

AMAZING VIEW!

Great spot on the beach. This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room, nice private balcony with the perfect view of the beach and water. The beach is steps away and the pool was great too! Everyone we met was very friendly and we cant wait to come back to AMI again very soon!
