Coral Breeze (Unités A et B) est votre tout nouveau paradis. Chaque 2 chambres 2 salles de bain de cet adorable duplex dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances sur l'île. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une salle de bains privative avec accès à votre terrasse tropicale tiki et piscine privée chauffée. 2ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et le salon a un canapé-lit fabuleux. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et dispose de toutes les commodités que vous auriez à la maison. Vous êtes à seulement 2 minutes à pied du magnifique golfe du Mexique où vous pouvez regarder de nombreux couchers de soleil magnifiques, ou passer la journée à profiter des sons des vagues. Découvrez ce que l'adorable île d'Anna Maria a à offrir avec ses boutiques uniques et ses fantastiques restaurants, à pied ou en tramway gratuit. Vous voudrez peut-être même réserver les deux côtés du duplex pour des réunions de famille ou de grands rassemblements où vous pourriez dormir 8 et avoir DEUX piscines et quatre chambres. Il y a une porte entre les zones de la piscine afin que vous puissiez facilement manœuvrer d'un côté à l'autre.

Our house on AMI was amazing!! Perfect location with just a small walk to the beach. The pool was great and the house was very clean. Will stay here again!!

Great Location, Private Pool

The property was a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach and the backyard oasis with private pool made it hard to decide where to spend our sun filled days. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adult guests.

Family Vacay!

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

We loved this duplex! We had friends on the B side and the kids loved running back and forth through the gate to the other side. House was small but perfect for 2 adults and 1 kid. Clean, well furnished and stocked. Beach access was really close!

Beach Get-a-Way

Very cute little house which was perfect for 4 people. We loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. It took longer to load the beach cart than it did to walk to the beach. The house is in a great location and it was very quiet. We were very pleased.

Perfect distance to the beach

Loved the closeness to the beach and private backyard pool. Decor was super cute. Just the right size for 4 adults. Very clean and fresh feel. We had a great time. Only comment would be to be aware that the second bathroom does not have an exhaust fan (or at least we never found the switch) and it got mighty hot in there after showering. Also in the master bath we could hear our neighbors conversation plain as day if they were in their master bath at the same time. We didn’t care but thought I’d make that known to future renters. Thanks again for a lovely vacation.

August vacation

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

Nice place close to beach

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

The main living area of the property and kitchen were great. The bedrooms could use a little updating. The beach amenities could use an update with nicer chairs and some sand toys. The stay was overrall good. We love the island. This property was OK. Need some updates, like the A/C that needs to be replaced, it dosen't work properly, the cleanliness.... not so good.... the pool was dirty at he time of the check in...
