This is the Best Little Beach House on Anna Maria Island...with a pool.

Make yourself at home in this welcoming 1-bedroom Holmes Beach retreat. This cozy house features a nice living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. With amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, guests can unwind and enjoy a stress-free stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Holmes Beach and our house has to offer.

Our home is a completely renovated 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom home that will take your breath away! Located in Holmes Beach, it is 5 houses and a short 1 minute stroll to the beautiful white sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches.
The beach itself is quiet section due to the fact that there are no large resort / hotel / motel accommodations close by.

We are the ONLY one-bedroom private home with a pool on Anna Maria Island.
Many homes on the Island are actually duplexes where you each have your own pool but have shared interior walls.
This is a truly 'Private' home without shared walls, or a backyard separated by fencing.

The private heated pool has a waterfall, in-pool cocktail table, and bench seating. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs, dining table, outdoor shower, front porch seating and gas barbecue.

With tropical style coastal furnishings, this home has it all, located within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is also very close to one of the free trolley stops. The bedroom includes a king bed, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room has a couch, love seat and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Bathroom includes granite counter tops and a walk-in tiled shower. Bring your mobile devices as this home is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout.

We provide you with all the items you will need such as luxury bedding, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are chairs, umbrellas and floats that you are welcome to bring to the beach. We also have a cart to make it easier for you to get them there :-)

There are two security cameras at the property, one at the front door and the other at the side gate facing the driveway.

Definitely the best beach house on AMI. Great amenities and the private heated pool with small deck just makes it perfect. The bag of local coffee was a wonderful addition to a house that had all the necessary appliances and dishes needed.

Adorable, comfortable, charming
. We love it! This was our second stay and we can’t wait to go again! I absolutely love the shower! Jessica responded immediately to a question I had before our trip so that was great. Just a quick walk to the beach with provider chairs, umbrella and wagon. The stores are minutes down the road but you feel like you’re on a little island. It’s awesome! Highly recommend!

Our wonderful host made our stay fabulous. The house is beautiful, modern, clean, and cozy, featuring a private pool and located just a few steps from a non-crowded beach. Additionally, a shopping center is nearby, offering great restaurants, delicious breakfast and lunch options, two large souvenir clothing stores, Dunkin' Donuts, an ice cream store (Holy Cow), a Publix supermarket, a liquor store, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, ACE, and CVS. Anything you need is around the corner. The house is situated in a perfect location, in a quiet and relaxing area at night. The pool is heated, making it perfect for an evening swim, and it offers some privacy from the nearby properties. The free trolley is a few steps away on the main road (E Bay ride), and operates all day until 10 pm, traveling north-south. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we look forward to returning next year.

The Little Beach House was the perfect spot for a beach get away. My husband and I were on AMI for a week and the home was a great base point to check out the island. The kitchen was perfect for cooking lots of local seafood dinners. The beach was walking distance and beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. We watched the sunset every night we were there. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! I’d recommend The Little Beach House to anyone staying in the area.

Our 7-night stay in Anna Maria Island was exceptional. The house was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the necessary utensils and amenities. Everything was in excellent condition and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private pool area — it was spotless, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The location was convenient yet peaceful, offering the right balance of privacy and accessibility. The host was responsive and courteous, replying promptly when we inquired about the Wi-Fi password. This house was perfect. Immaculately clean, with lots of linens/towels and a fully appointed kitchen. We honestly couldn’t have improved on a thing. We had a minor problem with the WiFi, and the owner was immediately responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect! We came here for a little get away for our 30th Anniversary and stayed 7 days. I can honestly tell you, we loved this little home so much! It was immaculate, perfectly decorated, immediate beach vibes walking through the door, and all the comforts of home, including the coldest AC (being from Texas, that was an absolute must! lol). We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, surprisingly it stayed nice and cool. A lot of extras were provided, ice chest, umbrella, chairs, cart, all the little things that made it more convenient. It was literally just steps to the beach, and just far enough away to have some privacy. Our side of the beach wasn’t busy, and had the most gorgeous sand, water, and the sunsets were beautiful. The outdoor shower was a nice addition to rinse off plus rinse suits for the next day. The inside is exactly as the pictures show, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Two large smart TV’s for down time on the couch together and when you just wanted to lay in bed. We didn’t really cook, too many amazing island food places to try and choose from. But if we wanted to, all the utensils, pots, pans etc were provided. Jessica, the owner, was kind and responded quickly when I had questions. She made sure we had everything we needed. To be honest I didn’t want to leave. It was truly one of the best places we have stayed. So we booked it the same time next year! But we may have to sneak back sooner.. lol

A trip so nice we did it twice

We rented this home for honeymoon and we loved it so much that we came back for our anniversary. There were some new things like a new coat of paint on the house, but for the most part everything was as perfect as the last time we were here. Location was perfectly close to everything, Jessica was easy to contact and we couldn't have been happier to stay here again. Thank you so much Jessica!

My husband and I were looking for a place on Anna Maria for just the two of us and The Best Little Beach House was perfection!! Proximity to the private beach area was literally a 3 minute walk. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Then the great surprise of a backyard pool for lounging!! Truly this house is awesome!

The house. the location, the total feel and experience was simply amazing. Short walk to the beach and literally in the middle of everything needed or wanted on the island. A Dreamy Stay

We had waited 3 years to rent this popular property. It was worth the wait. The house is simply perfect- outdoor spaces front and back ( porch & pool) extend the delightful indoors. The beach is a minute walk down the street.The hosts are exceptionally caring and accommodating.

It's perfect!

It's truly perfect - in every way! This cute little beach house was ideal for two people. We loved it from front (porch with Adirondack chairs) to back (adorable backyard pool)! You could see the ocean from the driveway. : ) The owners have done a terrific job of thinking of everything you could possibly need. In my husband's words...I wouldn't change a thing! (and he is very picky about places) We would love to stay here again when we visit Anna Maria Island.

at the Little Blue House. We’ve been coming down for 10 years and love our stay every time. Carolyn is a wonderful host. The island is recovering surprisingly quickly from the hurricanes and continues to get closer to normal every day. Most restaurants are open again. The beach is in fine shape. LBH is still the same. It came through the storms with flying colors. We will be back!
