Great place for a couples getaway

Location is great, just a block from the beach on the gulf side. Not far from shops and restaurants. Clean and well decorated. Small bu comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I for a quiet, peaceful escape on beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Relaxing Trip

A much needed girls trip, we had a great time. Better for a couple though as it only had one bedroom. People were so friendly. We loved the Trolly and walking around the island. It was nice to see new things being rebuilt. I’m sure when we go back more things will be Open. The beach was just across the street and we used the chairs provided which was nice. The only negative was the place next door was under repair and we were woke up to contractors yelling and pounding. Wish the pool was bigger, with so many people using it we were not able to enjoy it at all. We did take into account of the situation and We will definitely be back and recommend this property.

Little Dream Week

We had a great time, with a comfortable cottage so close to the beach to relax in. The management team answered all our questions patiently and were quick to help. Having blue skies, white sand beaches and beautiful sunsets also made it a wonderful week.

Romantic getaway for our anniversary

Our recent escape to Little Dream on Anna Maria Island was amazing. This one-bedroom rental was a haven for us as a couple. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, just a short walk away. The interior decor had this coastal charm that felt straight out of a home design magazine, serene and cozy. The bedroom was a highlight with a super comfy bed, and mornings were spent on our private patio, surrounded by palm trees. The hosts nailed the details, providing a fully equipped kitchen for our meals and thoughtful items like beach chairs to make our stay so easy. The management staff was incredibly helpful, offering local tips and making our stay feel like a breeze. Leaving the island was tough, but we departed with beautiful memories and a strong recommendation for anyone seeking a peaceful and romantic getaway. Five stars without a doubt. We'll see you next year for our next Anniversary trip!

Great vacation!

Close to beach, nice swimming pool a short walk through development. Comfortable sofa bed. Stopped by rental agency for directions to find swimming pool. They were very nice and helpful. Gave me extra blanket for the bed.

Great location, terrible communication and consideration f

My family and I booked this vacation months ago. The check-in process was very smooth and the location was great. However, when we went to open the pull out mattress for my son to sleep on there was moldy food on the mattress as well as a huge disgusting stain. Overall the cleanliness of the condo was not great. We called right away and received a call back Monday. We asked to speak to a property manager. It is now two weeks past the time that we stayed here and we have still not heard anything back after several attempts to contact her. My husband, myself and my son were forced to sleep in the one queen size bed for the time that we were there because the mattress on the pull-out couch was so bad. The timing of our stay was really unfortunate. We drove from Wisconsin to Florida and on our way, The world health organization declared a pandemic and encouraged social distancing. Due to the recommendations, we did not feel comfortable having strangers come into the condo after we took precautions to disinfect and clean all services for our stay. We did not want anyone coming into the condo but would have liked a call from the manager to discuss other options such as possibly switching to a different condo or a partial refund, or some kind of compensation. The sleeping arrangemet was so uncomfortable, as well as the quickly changing health concerns from COVID 19, that we left early. I am so frustrated and upset that the manager still hasn't contacted us to offer any resolution or even to talk about our concerns. I think this is really poor customer service and definitely made a negative impact on our stay.

Cute place but wouldn't stay again!

The 2 ac units and all ceiling fans didn't get the place below 80. It was super stuffy and hot in this place. And the biggest disappointment was the heated pool that is no where near the cottage. You have to walk or drive to another complex to use that pool. Not convenient at all. The place was stocked with towels, bedding, and something for the beach. The bathroom is tiny but has a big shower. Good thing it wasn't expensive!!!

This is the perfect 'Little Dream'! My husband and I enjoyed our time here. Wonderful location for walking to the beach. Pool was an added bonus with shade in the evening for an after dinner swim. Highly recommend this little getaway!

Die Wohnung war sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und topsauber. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet und die Agentur super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der sehr schöne Gemeinschaftspool war in der ersten Woche eine Baustelle. Wir bekamen sofort ein anderes zurzeit nicht vermietetes Haus genannt, dessen privaten Pool wir nutzen durften. Top Lage, drei Minuten zum Strand mit herrlich blauen und warmen Wasser. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang in PostkartenqualitĂ€t. Das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort.
