Completed in 2024, our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath retreat is a haven of modern comfort, offering stunning ocean views from multiple decks, direct beach access, a private elevator, community pool (with only 12 units), & a host of amenities for an unforgettable getaway.

Whether eating al fresco on the deck or playing games in the spacious top floor bonus room, there's room for everyone to unwind & fully enjoy time at the beach!

Our home consists of 4 total floors with an elevator to get you and your luggage to each level:

The private community pool is a stone's throw from our property with entry for our 12 units only. Our community also has an easy boardwalk with deeded beach access that leads you straight to the sand! We are in an awesome location for restaurants and activities as there are some amazing restaurants less than a mile from us including some waterfront staples, bars, and coffee shops.


Additional Notes:

The cleaning fee covers all linens, which includes sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. Additionally, your rental will include a starter pack consisting of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and trash bags. Depending on the duration of your stay, please make arrangements to bring any additional supplies you may need.

Parking: Our unit can accommodate two vehicles in the carport. If additional parking is needed, you are able to obtain a pass via the city to park at the local beach access points or any city parking - there is a beach access point just around the corner from us. Passes can be purchased in the lot using the QR code (parking for the week using QR code must be purchased between the hours of 9a-6p). The city has indicated that with a pass, these can be used overnight. The fire marshal is very strict about no one parking on the gravel as this is a code violation and your car will get towed.
