Great Location

The property was exactly as stated. The kids loved the view of the park and the ocean. We were able to use the included grill every night for easy dinners! The kitchen was well-stocked, and the baby proofing was a plus! Coby and team were very responsive when we had any questions.

Amazing beach house!

This house has everything you need and the perfect location! We had 12 in our group and everyone had their own space. Plenty of room in the well stocked kitchen and dining area. We loved all the porches and there views. The park across the street was fun for the little ones! Trailer bar was fun and enjoyed the live music! We will definitely book again! I just can't say enough about this house!

Conveniently located.

The property was conveniently located, it looks like the photos online, however there were a few issues with the place, the bedding were not cleaned, stained sheets looks like pee especially in the kids room and some of the common items mentioned were not stocked for example toilet papers, propane gas for the grill. Basically I would advise checking the house before settling in, the living room furnitures are super cheap.

Nice place, good location

We had an enjoyable visit to Surf City and the house was as described. Easy check in, clean, no problems. Nice to have basic necessities already there (paper towels, trash bags, cleaners, etc). We liked the baskets of extras in the bathrooms (toothpaste, deodorant, etc) in case you run out or forgot something. We will stay there again in the fall.

Great place

Honestly one of the best family rentals in our experience. Very clean, lots of light, fresh decor, spacious decks, etc. views of the sea and the sound. The upstairs kitchen/living area is very pleasant and comfortable. Grandkids absolutely loved the bunk room, playground across the street, 90 second walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and sand toys too.

Great place for the family

Our family including kids and grandparents really enjoyed our stay here. The house is right across the street from a park and with no other houses in between that and the ocean, there are some great views. Loved the outdoor spaces, including the decks and the backyard with the fire pit. It was really helpful to have things like a pack and play, booster seat, and baby gates already there so we didn’t have to take up space in our vehicle to bring all that stuff. Kitchen was well equipped, place was clean. Main living area is on the top floor, which was nice because you always have those great views. Just keep in mind you have to walk up the stairs to get to it. House is in close proximity to the Trailer Bar, which is nice if you want to pop over for a couple drinks. Just keep in mind that they have live music in the evenings that you can hear from the house. Great, great, would absolutely book again, and highly recommend it!
