It is a great house. Very clean and accommodating with the necessities for a beach stay Onsight. We could not get the back deck light to come on. I bring this up because I fell off the first step going down to the beach, then my wife fell as well. The wood matches so it is hard to see the step especially when you first arrive and do not know to look out for it, Maybe even a piece of caution tape at the lip would help.

We loved where we were located but

I was not happy with the overall cleanliness of the home the kitchen counters were not clean -I sent pictures of the wipes I used to wipe the counters and they were black. I also had to wipe down the refrigerator found a hair and a fly in the refrigerator. I also had to wipe down the refrigerator with food stuck-I also sent pictures. we had sent messages in regard to the temperature setting and it being hot upstairs-received contact that the air conditioner was not on and they informed me that they had turned on. I had to text again about the temperature. I had previously asked if there was a way to regulate the temperature. But did not hear back. I received contact from a Casey 2 days later, I inquired about the thermostat where it was . Casey informed me where they were. I apologized due to all of us thinking that these were alarms not thermostats. Casey was awesome and very personable . The "game room" in the garage area did not match the pictures given. It was very disorganized and the freezer and refrigerator in this area were not clean at all and had left food in the refrigerator.

Beautiful View...lacks Topsail "home" experience

The beat part of home is location and deck with amazing view. No lights on deck for at night was disappointing and dangerous. Kitchen was stocked and nice. Rugs and furniture needs updating. Master bathroom on 1st floor wasn't nice andxhad erosion from water on walls, drawers. Roaches in basement game room and we found them in 1st floor master bathroom.

Location is perfect.

The house was the perfect size. We had plenty of room. You are right on the beach. When we were out on the beach there was no one close to us. My son had plenty of room to run and play. We had lots of room for our games. Loved it here.

Perfect location!

We love being beach front and close to the local shops, so this house was perfect for our winter beach weekend! The ocean facing deck was awesome for wave watching, and our four kids loved the short walk to the beach lined with sea oats and soft sand. The beach was HUGE at low tide with tons of fun shells. I cooked a lot in the house, and the kitchen was very well stocked with quality items. I did get takeout food twice, and both restaurants were nearby. I was only gone for a flash. So convenient! The kids loved the bunk bed room, everyone had space for baths and showers in the evenings, and the bathrooms had tons of counter space, storage, and sinks for a large family like ours. It was an absolutely wonderful weekend. Thanks so much!!

Perfect Place

Had an issue with garbage left by the cleaning crew. After getting that resolved the stay was perfect. Easy beach access. Great layout of the house. Beach chairs, sand toys, and beach umbrella provided. Kitchen has everything you need. Perfect place for our fall family trip!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and looked very updated. Loved the quick walk to the ocean and that it wasn’t packed at all where we were. The house had plenty of room for all us. The AC would not cool below 75 for some reason but thankfully it never got too hot so we didn’t work about it.

Beach right off your back deck!

This was a wonderful house for the grandparents, parents, and kids! The house had plenty of room for everyone. Amply supplied with TP, soap, etc, which isn’t always the case. We had a few minor maintenance issues and the internet issues were never resolved. Overall, we would be back!

Quick family get together

Property was perfect for what we wanted. 7 of us stayed in this house, and others stayed in a house nearby. This house was big enough to accommodate 16 of us for dinner. Access to the beach was easy although we only had 1 beach day. On the rainy day, there was lots of room for playing games. The one annoying thing was lots of flies in the house. Not sure where they were all coming from as we didn't have windows open. We just put my 10 year grandson to work as the fly slayer! I would definitely stay here again.
