Welcome to Gemini Dream #102, a beautifully decorated and spacious canal front vacation home located at 957 B Tower Ct., Topsail Beach, NC. Perfectly situated in the quiet, gated community of Queens Grant, this property is a boater's paradise offering direct water access to the ICW and inlet, private and community boat docks just outside the house, a community boat ramp, and trailer parking. For the kids, a community pool and hot tub, playground, picnic shelter, basketball courts, and a private beach access just across the street are all included. This home places you just steps from endless water and beach activities, restaurants, shops, and local attractions!

Dog-friendly accommodations allow up to two dogs with a non-refundable fee of $300 per dog.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel immersed in the ultimate coastal lifestyle. Start your mornings sipping coffee on one of the multiple decks while watching boats pass through the canal or listening to the sound of the waves. Spend your days boating, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing by the pool and hot tub. Truly wonderful

Our second time to stay in this property. Just like 2022 it was WONDERFUL!! Had EVERYTHING we needed and more!! Landmark is so easy to work with and the owners are the best. Topsail June 2024

Great location near beach access with a community pool. The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The additional ice maker was a plus. Appreciated the dog friendliness of the home and area. We hope to find another rental with 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3+ full baths with the same amenities for next year, south of the Surf City bridge. We wish Queens Grant rentals had four bedrooms.

This was an amazing property at a complete hidden gem of a NC beach. Low key vibes, not commercialized or overcrowded, and I swear you’d think you were in Florida because the beaches were powder and the water was turquoise. For a chill, family style vacation this is your spot. Will be recommending to anyone who will listen.

GEMini is a Dream!

Gemini Dream was the perfect spot for myself, wife and 4 adult kids over a gorgeous 4th of July holiday week. All three levels are nicely decorated with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. There are stairs for those that enjoy exercise, but the modern interior elevator stands ready at all times to assist. The kitchen is well stocked, appliances are first class and it cannot be overstated how nice and convenient the stand alone crushed ice machine is for making great drinks and packing coolers before heading off to the beach. As goes the beach, it’s a 5 minute max walk past the pool through private access and the ocean awaits. Upon your return there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing and multiple decks with a generous amount of comfortable furniture for relaxing while watching boats depart and return from the ICW. The entire Queens Grant community is pet friendly. It was great to see the level of care and consideration responsible pet owners consistently demonstrated by cleaning up after their pets to maintain the integrity of the overall beautiful grounds. Lastly, the homeowner “locals” are super nice and always return a smile and hello with one. The Gemini Dream is actually better than advertised and will not disappoint (**except maybe for those that can’t be pleased)!

This townhouse on the canal was stunning! it looked professionally decorated, had literally everything we could need, and was super-comfortable and relaxing- all at the same time. The nicest house we've stayed in on Topsail and a wonderful realty company. Great experience!

Let me start with the nicely organized towels (and chocolates!) on the bed, beach towels that came in very handy...to the welcome kit that had more than just essentials. Landmark Properties did such an amazing job. The place was basically brand new with impeccable decor, beautiful and comfy furniture, plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen (we cook a lot!), amazing views. Kids loved fishing off the dock and cooling off at the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is comfortable, well maintained, with nice amenities. The elevator was a plus for an elderly grandpa and beloved dog. Chartered a fishing trip and it was convenient being picked up and dropped off on the dock at the house.

Very Enjoyable and Relaxing Week

We loved the property, the finishes and furniture were top notch. I cooked every night and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. The only thing I wished for was a large cutting board to cut watermelon. The location was perfect with short and easy walk to the beach. The pool was just a few houses down and was huge. We had family in the area come for the afternoon at the pool and stayed for dinner. Plenty of room to spread out and nice big table to eat. We rented kayaks and bikes and our teenage boys had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. The office on the first floor was perfect for my husband to work out of for the week. It was quiet and away from everyone else. He appreciated the video monitor to hook up his laptop.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Excellent house, loved the floor plan. Elevator was perfect for elderly Grandparents. The kitchen has everything : The chefs of the family were very happy about the kitchen. The house has everything . We enjoyed family dinners on the deck , enjoying the beautiful sunsets and views . We felt at home right away. The property manager was on the ball. She was very responsive to all needs. We had a Wifi issue and was resolved in less than 24hrs. She was excellent. This was the most expensive beach rental I have rented but it was totally worth it! Top notch from the house to the management. The only thing I would change if possible is push the checkout time to 11am. All in all we loved this home and management team.
