Welcome to your bright and beachy coastal retreat in Serenity Point, Topsail Beach— perfectly located next to the community pool and just a one-minute stroll to the private beach boardwalk. This beautifully updated 2-bedroom getaway is designed for relaxed mornings, sun-soaked afternoons, and unforgettable sunset evenings.

Imagine starting your day with coffee in hand on the front deck as the island wakes up around you. Take a peaceful walk down the street to the private boardwalk and watch the sun rise over the ocean, casting that golden glow across the waves. Feel the sand beneath your feet and breathe in the salty air — vacation mode has officially begun. After breakfast, grab the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys for a full day on the sand. Need a break from the waves? The community pool is right next door, making it effortless to cool off, float, and relax while the kids splash nearby. Wanna sweet treat? Head downtown in style on the new 4 seater golf cart. (Must sign a liability and rules waiver)

Inside, you’ll find calming blue coastal décor, updated finishes, and a fully stocked kitchen with crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances — perfect for preparing easy breakfasts, quick lunches or fresh seafood dinners. he dining table seats four and there is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy to gather, laugh, and reconnect with family and friends. A convenient half bath with washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh and allows you to pack light for your stay. The enclosed screen porch offers coastal views and is the perfect place to take in the scenery, read a book, or sip your favorite cocktail.

Upstairs, unwind in one of the two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, TV, and an abundant amount of storage, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in comfortably. The private ensuite bathroom makes getting ready easy and features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and updated fixtures. The second bedroom is a family-friendly space perfect for kids or extra guests. It features a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, providing comfortable sleeping for up to four. With bright, beach-inspired décor, plenty of room to play or relax, and easy access to the full hall bathroom upstairs, this room keeps everyone close while giving children or friends their own cozy retreat. The home also offers an additional lofted sleeping area with a full sized mattress only. Please note, that this space is lofted, requires a ladder, and is not ideal for a large adult.

All bed and bath linens are provided. Guests will be responsible for providing their own beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

As the day winds down and your beach day comes to a close, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and take a short stroll across the street to the soundside access. This is where the magic happens — breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in pinks, oranges, and golds. Bring dinner outside, dine in the warm coastal breeze, and watch the sky change color as the sun dips below the water.

Ride bikes through the neighborhood, cast a line at the soundside access, spend lazy afternoons poolside, head downtown on the golf cart and enjoy an ice cream cone, chase sunrises, and savor slow evenings under the coastal sky. **Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
