Family vacation

This was our first time staying at the Surf condo resort and we loved everything it had to offer. If we weren’t at the beach we were in the pool. They have staff that walk around throughout the day that are very friendly. We did learn though the floors are thin. We could hear the people above us walking around and doing work on their place during the day and some nights till midnight. We were there with three kids so I was worried about how loud they sounded to the people below us when walking around. We had to reach out once with a couple concerns to the condo we found after getting there. I personally wish for staying there a week they would have had more towels and extra sheet sets. I ended up washing towels because we took a shower or rinsed off everyday and I couldn’t go a week with dirty towels. Overall it was a great stay and a great location for a family vacation with kids, a couples trip, or girls trip. We cant wait to go back next year. Our kids were asking to go back as soon as we got home.

Great space to enjoy the beach

This condo is in a well managed association and has a pool and crazy clean laundry room in a separate building. The condo itself has a master bedroom attached to a bathroom and that bathroom actually has a door to the hall bath, where the shower is also. Beautiful deck and furniture gets the morning sun and cool afternoons if you like to eat outside. Down two flights of stairs and a two minute walk to the outside showers and hose then up the ramp and down the stairs to a wide flat beach. High tide the beach is much shorter but there is still room for chairs and umbrellas. All basic supplies are there which is so nice. Did not need to pull out our trash bags or dishwasher soap for the trip. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. It’s the first time we have stayed in a condo v a house in topsail and we would do it again - in fact I wish we were there now.

Cozy Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long beach getaway with our daughters (4 yrs and 2yrs)! The condo was cozy and a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen is well-stocked. I was able to cook breakfast and prepare other little meals efficiently. We enjoyed the easy pool and beach access! It was so easy to move back and forth with our beach necessities and children in tow. The neighbor was quiet and gated. We would most definitely visit again!

First NC trip to see our son at CL

Well stocked with all kitchen things needed. Very clean and comfortable. Enough room for our family of 4 to sit and watch tv and visit. Nice view of the ocean even though it is not directly ocean front. It rained 90% of our stay so we spent a lot of time inside and enjoyed every bit of it. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice kitchen, comfortable beds, they had fans in the bunk beds that were great for the boys.

Everything you need

An absolutely beautiful location! Nicely cared for and thoughtfully decorated. Very comfortable condo, conveniently located overlooking the huge pool and right across from the beach stairs. This condo just has everything you need for a relaxing family trip; a nicely arranged kitchen, comfy beds, and beautiful scenery (don’t miss sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves!). Be prepared for a few steep stairs and a little upstairs noise, but nothing that would impact your vacay vibe. You’ll love it!

Very clean and cozy!

This property is just as pictured online. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. I definitely recommend staying here and we would again in the future. Communication was great, instructions on check in and check out were very clear and sent way in advance.

Great Beach Condo

Three girlfriends and I stayed here for a quick beach getaway. Excellent location and view of the ocean. Nice amenities like (4) composite Tall Beach Chairs on the porch for enjoying the views and a single serve Keurig coffee maker with pods was provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and the farmhouse details were well done. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed. The glass sliding door was very hard to open so we did not utilize the patio. I would still give it a 5 star and would love to stay there again.

Great Place by the Beach

Trip Down Memory Lane !

My wife and I revisited Topsail Island where we lived many many years ago during my time in the USMC. We used Louis and Andrea's lovely condo as our base of operations and it was perfect. As many of us know some properties photograph well but don't actually live up to the photos...well this lovely condo did...even down to how the towels were folded in the bathroom ! Clean and bright with a very comfortable bed and furnishings....for us the place was perfect and the owners were so responsive with dining recommendations and check in directions....not every VRBO property is 5 star...but this one is ! Thank you ! Kent
