Property was beautiful!! Kitchen was great!! Had everything needed and more!! Everything in the house was so nice. It was very pet friendly and had everything needed for children!! I loved this house!! It was perfect!! Location was great!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The pool worked out great for my aging parents when they didn’t want to walk to the beach. The downside was the neighbor next store was borderline creepy. He would stand on his deck smoking and staring into the yard. They also have nine kittens all over the place which was insane.

Overall, the house was a beautiful home! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, decorated beautifully with many kitchen items to use, and overall great. The reason I cannot give 5 stars were due to our experience with some issues we noticed and experienced while there. Friday evening, we arrived back to the house after going to the beach during the day, we noticed a big trail of ants leading from the top of the vent of the stove down to the counter. There was nothing we saw that they would have been attracted to, but we still cleaned and wiped the counters. We noticed the house had ant traps under the sink ready to be used, so we put two of those out. The next morning the ants were luckily gone. Friday night, the smoke alarms randomly went off at about 1:30 in the morning leading us all to do a house sweep and found nothing. It did it two separate times in a ten minute period, but only each went off for about 10 seconds and automatically turned themselves off. Lastly, we noticed the half bathroom off the kitchen hallway had mold all over the top of the ceiling near the vent. This bathroom does not have a shower, or any access to windows leading there to necessarily be mold growth due to moisture, yet it was full of moisture. Other than these issues that would need to be addressed, the home itself is great and has a fantastic location!

Family fun in the sun

We couldn’t ask for a nicer house and location to the beach. The house was gorgeous and we loved the master suite. Kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Our favorite place was the deck on the 3rd floor. Whether it was dusk or dawn enjoying our morning coffee with the breeze off the ocean it was very relaxing and peaceful. We highly recommend your house for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time . We will be back !! Thank you
