Beautiful house that has been well kept. House had every comfort of home. So much space for everyone to spread out and have alone time while all being able to be together. Cant wait to stay again next year.

Clean, well organized, beautiful home with great views

We stayed at the house for our annual family getaway. Everyone loved the house. The elevator rocked!! One of us was on crutches from a recent surgery. Instead of hopping up 3 flights of stairs, he was able to get to the living room without a problem. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a home that can accommodate a large number of people with spectacular views

Winter retreat

We rented this property for a long weekend retreat with some childhood friends. The location was perfect! Right on the ocean. Beautiful view! We couldn’t really enjoy the wonderful deck because of weather. Snow flurries. But that’s the chance you take in January and the view made up for it. The only negative thing I’d say is there is not enough comfortable seating in the living room. But everything else was wonderful!

Very beautiful house on quite part of island

Couldn’t be happier with our weekend stay. The house is in very good taste, perfect for any vacation. We have stayed at many houses on topsail; with this house you won’t spend any time messing around with old appliances, you can simply enjoy the beach. We enjoyed our stay and found it refreshing to be able to communicate easily with the property owners/managers. They even took the time to send us via UPS a laptop that we left behind. They were responsive and gave us great tips about the property! Highly recommend.

Great House!

We had about 14 people stay at the house in the middle of July. We've been renting properties in the summer on Topsail Beach for the past 20 years. Spending a week on the beach has been a family tradition. We had kids ranging from 17 years of age to 2 years of age and adults as old as 80 years of age. As earlier reviews stated, the kitchen was very well stocked! The rooms were really nice and the beds were great. I actually mistook the full sized beds for queen sized and there are plenty of those! We'd never stayed this far down the end of Topsail so we actually really liked being in a new place. We relied heavily on instacart since the drive to the Publix was at 20-30 minutes one way. With traffic, it could take longer. A few things families need to be aware of: firstly, this house is nestled between 2 public access areas so we learned on our 2nd and 3rd days, that we had to put our beach chairs in front of our house early in the morning or else other people would come and settle right in front of our house. That was rather annoying. We'd never stayed near public beach access before and so this was quite an inconvenience for us. We almost wished there was a sign or something that marked that area off. The beach did get a bit busy but nothing too crazy. Most people would leave by 4 pm and we tended to go in and out all day long. The 2nd thing that we noticed was that the living room areas was too small for the number of beds available. With 14 people, the living/dining room area was just too small for us. So we relied on sitting outside. During the day, it got really hot for the kids and the awnings didn't operate so we couldn't put them out (we are also so afraid they'd break in the wind so it's a good thing they didn't operate anyhow). But not having outside as an option during the day for those of us who didn't go out to the beach was hard. We did want to grill one of the days but a few of the burners in the grille didn't work. We LOVED the gas stove!! That made for some fun cooking. Two of the rooms had in-suite bathrooms which was great for two of the couples that stayed in those room. The third couple had to share the hallway bathroom with the kids who stayed in the third bedroom on the 2nd floor. Again, an inconvenience, but nothing that was horrible. The owners were very responsive and even checked in with us via email after our first night at the house. We would definitely consider staying at the house again.

Great place!

This house is a great location! It is on the south end of the island. Green/blue water. Wide beaches. Wasn't crowded at all. We stayed 5 days prior to Memorial Day weekend. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The house was prefect for us. A few things I was surprised about, but not a huge deal. 1. The linens were in a tub in the garage when we arrived and had to make our own beds. 2. Construction next door, but only for 1/2 day out of the 5 so didn't bother us. 3. Take a bar of soap. My only point of reference for the soap and linens are the VRBO houses I've stayed in in Florida and Texas. Those 2 things are probably the norm in NC. Like I said, they weren't a problem, but just surprised me.

Magnificent house & location

The design of this house and it’s location can’t be beat. We think it’s the best house in Topsail and we especially enjoyed lounging on the decks day & night with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction. This oceanfront home is a slice of heaven, and yes we would absolutely rent it again.
