Beach Bungalow on a Budget

Full kitchen; bathroom with stand up shower (no tub); common area with full pull out couch, second couch and TV; master bedroom with queen bed, TV, and closet; second bedroom with daybed with twin pull out trundle, closet, and washer/dryer set up.

This is a tiny 600 sqft house that sits in the back of a 2 house property. It is just 2 short blocks to the ocean front, but you can enjoy a water view as close as the backyard.

The BEST part about this space is being able to watch the sunset over the water in the backyard from the master bed through the full-length screen back door.

The house is divided in half in its floor plan. One half includes the living room, kitchen, and small full bathroom (no tub). The second half contains 2 bedrooms.

This is a bungalow I have furnished 75% in my own art. Some of it is finished, like the dresser under the fish tank or the photo tiles and posters throughout. Some of it is still a work in progress like the amish hoosier cabinet in the living room. Just about everything has a story and a price tag if you’re interested. So that means there will constantly be something new to see here. I am a creative artist who loves to save the planet, so when I have spare time, I discover, construct, and reinvent. Please take note that this space is constantly changing, so there are items stored in the closets and drawers (pictures included). Also, this is an old house, so there are some outdated things that haven't been upgraded yet (like faucets).
