This condo is in a well lit, gated community on the lake. The entry into the location was made very easy by Aunt Carol, the owner. This particular condo had a ground level entrance with ample parking within a few feet of the door. The space was exceptionally clean with plenty of basic supplies in the kitchen. The owner was kind enough to have stocked plenty of coffee in the fridge. Leather Lazyboy recliners, new carpet and comfortable beds helped to make our time spent in the condo pleasant. Communication was great. Aunt Carol sends out timely information to simplify your check-in and check out process, and she is easily reachable by phone or text for any assistance. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

Nice for family

3 bed 3 bath was great for our family group and kid items appreciated for our grands (pack n play/highchair). Enclosed porch provided extra space. Large volumes of info communicated once the reservation was confirmed. Gated community required info on all guests, access through gates smooth once all submitted. Unit does not have a grill of any sort, plan accordingly. Kitchen well stocked with basics and better than most for extras. Adequate supply of towels and bathroom paper products appreciated! Pool was nearby and pleasant. Dock access nice for short lunch pitstop (rented boat from separate nearby marina..no boat rental at on site marina).

Carol communicated with us so well and made everything with directions and our arrival so easy! The condo is perfect for a nice little getaway. Very clean and homey. Pool was clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend!

Great Location!

I traveled to Branson with daughter and 3 boys! The set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal. Everyone had enough space to play or watch tv and the dining room table accomodated all of us. This unit would be great for summer months as it has an outdoor pool and water everywhere around it. it's located about 25 minutes from Branson but it's near the expressway. there isn't much around the condo as far as eating - that stuff is around 15 minutes or more away. There is a full kitchen and the only things missing were kitchen shears and a measuring cup. I loved having the coffee there and the cleaning supplies and everything handy. The unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 King size beds. We also had to use the sofa sleeper. the mattresses on the sleeper isn't good for an adult as it's pretty thin so the 8 year old slept on that. The King size bed in the Master and the nautical room need to be replaced. Sitting on the edge of the bed and you're sitting on the box spring. The walls are pretty thin and there was some noise from next door (dog barking) and upstairs there was some foot steps and loud noises. There were very few people staying at the complex when we were there 12/28 to 1/4. But again, there is a lot to do around the area (outdoor wise) if weather permitted. We had a good time in Branson - but clearly it's pretty expensive for a family to go there. We did some of the free stuff around but everything else was over $100 for 5 people.

Awesome trip!!

Everything was great! It was located where we could easily get to the places we needed. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was great for our party of friends! So easy to contact the owner with any questions. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
